I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Taco Bell, and I am beyond furious. The so-called "manager"—a big, rude, unprofessional woman—had the audacity to scream at me with hand gestures, in front of everyone in the restaurant, just because I asked for sauce. Her nasty attitude was completely uncalled for, and honestly, she has no business working in customer service if she can't handle a simple request without losing her mind.
This isn’t the first time this location has been a complete disappointment. Last time, I paid extra for add-ons to my order—over $5 in additional charges—only to receive a completely incorrect meal. Clearly, reading is a lost skill here because nothing I paid extra for was included. This level of incompetence is exactly why customer service is going downhill.
I’m tired of wasting my money and my patience on places that have no respect for their customers. If your manager wants to act disgusting and unprofessional, maybe she should apply for a job at the White House—she might fit right in. If this is how you treat paying customers, don't be surprised when your business starts losing them.
Fix your service, fix your staff, and start holding people accountable. Because next time, I won’t just be complaining—I’ll be making sure everyone on social media sees how awful this place really is. Stay away from here. Don't waste your money, time, and peace of mind. They where spraywashing the building and streets with the generator by the order intercom, I heard some mumbling that could not over power the generator from the spray washer. I said I can’t hear you I’m going to pull up. I waited patiently with a car in front. I pull up the young lady didn’t say nothing, I said hello how are sorry I could not hear you. She looked at me as if I was dumb, she said I can’t take your order at the window!! I said why not if I can’t hear you, I had a question, who is managing? Read moreMy wife and I decided to stop in and grab the family some tacos and the drive thru was busy plus they always seem to rush you through your order at the drive thru for some reason so we went inside. The building itself is magnificent they did a great job decorating and making it feel comfortable for a "fast food" restaurant. We used the kiosk to order, which was totally convenient. However when we got to the counter to pay we noticed that the 3 ladies that we could see making food Were obviously not to happy to be working.They seemed to have this attitude that was hard to watch, throwing food around, slamming utensils, and not welcoming at all. The 25 minutes that we were there waiting on our order it seemed like they all wanted to be elsewhere and out of the 3 ladies they may have spoke to us once and that was only because I asked for another bag after they threw my wife's cinnamon twists in the bag with the burritos and they were everywhere.
