On November 12, 2025, I visited the Orangeburg location to pick up two online orders, totaling 17 entrees, for my leadership team. Upon arrival, I waited approximately six minutes at the counter before being acknowledged, despite there being 8-9 staff members in the kitchen area. When a team member finally approached, I clearly stated that I had two online orders with a total of 17 entrees. She retrieved a bag and, upon my inquiry, confirmed that both orders and all items were included. While I acknowledge that I could have verified the contents myself, I did explicitly ask for confirmation.
Upon returning to my workplace, approximately 20 minutes later, I discovered that the second order was missing. I contacted the support line, where a representative was very apologetic and helpful in resolving the issue. When I returned to the store, the same team member who initially assisted me provided no greeting, apology, or acknowledgment of the previous error. She simply handed me the missing bag and walked away.
As a customer, I expect a basic level of service and to receive the items I have paid for. Despite the circumstances, I maintained a professional demeanor and was not rude or aggressive towards any staff member. The service received at the Orangeburg location, excluding the customer support representative, was highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Although, instead of putting a fresh cambro of queso on the line, they just cut the new bag open and dumped it in. They were very busy but staff were moving the line along fairly okay. Took 30 minutes inside to get food. Staff at this particular time were not necessarily rude but seemed annoyed to be assisting you. But honestly, the customers in front of me would’ve annoyed me as well if I was working - ordering 3-5 things per person and not knowing what they wanted and kept going back and forth, etc., very annoying. Can't cancel my order because it says it is "ready for pick-up" and no refund is available! And to top it off, there is NO way to get out of line because of the "genius" design here. TERRIBLE experience for me and my infant child who has been stuck in this line for so long!!
