On December 7, 2022 me and my husband decided to eat at Subway on the north road for dinner. When we walked in the staff did not greet us and one of the staff was using profanity at an elderly man who had hearing aids. She threaten the elderly man bodily harm. She were using the F word, and so much more. I was completely appalled. Disgusted. And angry with the behavior of the staff. She threaten to come across the counter and hurt this elderly man who did nothing to her. My job is employment and workforce so to see this happen. Did not sit well with me until the next day. I did call the next day and spoke with the manager who already received a call from the elderly gentleman. She did assured me that she will call the owner and corporate to reprimand the staff member. I do not believe in people losing a job. However, the way she treated this man she needs to lose her job to teach her a lesson and others that we need to be able to show kindness to other people. In the world we are living in, we have so many people who don’t want to step in to help others unless it’s personally done to someone they love or to themselves . I will be calling corporate today to make sure something is done not saying I don’t believe the manager gonna do her job but I’m going to make sure. These “workers” (I use that term loosely) are beyond rude and nasty, I ordered online, supposed to be ready at 4 pm, I walk in “we outta white bread” - are you fkng kidding me right now? I worked at Subway as a 16 year old kid, you ALWAYS have the bread proofing, proofed and ready to bake, or baked. These are “grownups”. With wretched attitudes. As I was on the way to pickup the order I received a call from the store and was informed they were closed (even though I was able to place the order and was charged for it). This was the 2nd Subway that I had this happen on the same day and informed the lady that called that I was already charged and she said they were closed and I would have to contact my bank to get my money back.
