Hardee’s — Restaurant in Orangeburg

My fiance wanted a burger badly, he has a medical condition that does not allow him to eat full meals most of the time. But, tonight was different and as we arrived back home; he took 3 bites and called me. He almost choked on a big piece of plastic, from maybe a dressing bag, so I called and spoke to the manager on duty. Explained what we found and she may want to check so it doesn't happen again. We understand accidents happen, that's why I called not to complain but inform. The manager was apologetic and said she would go check, but what bothered me was she kept asking me how could plastic be in his food? She didn't even offer to replace, we would have respectfully declined, but the offer...

Oh my lord. The food was immaculate. I'm 15 and just went with my dad on our way home from a vacay in Tennessee and holy mother of cholesterol that food was amazing. I got a chicken sandwich with no pickles, fries and a Cherry Coke and my dad got the hot n ham sandwich or whatever also with fries and a Cherry Coke and lemme tell you we were so very pleased. It was fresh, quick, perfect attitude from the woman who took our order, she said "sorry for the wait" when handing us our food and we looked at each other like "that was a wait?" it just hit perfectly. 10/10. Amazing...

The burger was pretty good after their fourth attempt at making it correctly. But fries were cold and tasted like bad grease. How difficult is it to make a hamburger with just ketchup and mustard? Apparently pretty difficult because it took four times to finally get my lunch the way it was ordered and printed on receipt. Needless to say I wasn't happy because once I finally received the correct burger and could sit down to eat the rest of my party was already finished eating and was time to go back to the job. You gotta love those one of a kind Orangeburg...
