Beer Stube — Restaurant in Oregon

When it's the only place open (no on mountain, service, dining hall closed), one assumes the food in the Beer Stube will at least be edible. We ordered a pretzel and two servings of chicken strips with fries. The fries were inedible and the chicken was overcooked to the point of sawdust. Best nachos on the mountain, so huge! They have affordable prices and the view off the deck is great watching people on the rope tow park. The day time lady bartender is super friendly and efficient. Only problem is some of the food runners are shy and instead of yelling out numbers they run through the busy crowd with food looking rushed. It’s a loud bar, don’t be afraid to speak up.
