McDonald's — Restaurant in Oregon

First of all I'm going to start by saying that my review is not a one star * it is more like a negative *star. There are no words to describe..... the filth, The lack of customer service, the flies, the management, the 2 customers who were asking for refunds, The dirty tables, the poor glazed eyed girl behind the counter was dealing with a very irrate customer about being charged 30 cents for mayo and another customer annoyed with waiting over 15 mins for just an order of nuggets, all while the General manager women was in the back hiding like a coward. The assistant manager man who was being told by his naive and young co workers what to do, oh did I mention the flies, the food crumbs piling up behind the counter, on the floor and the tops of the back counter. then both management people left at the same time. the General manager women saying while walking out the door "Sorry, that's not my problem". the assistant manager outside smoking, who is running the place??? The glazed over, naive, incompetent, young, unknowledgeable, lack of energy employees??? Those same employees are playing games, giving free ice cream cones to friends and just standing there day dreaming not knowing what to do. So please McDonald's corporate you need to do a much needed Audit on this location to experience what myself and several other customers had to deal with. please! I hope someone that can do something about this can help. Ok my big rant is...

Complaint was phoned in about a month ago. Dark outside as if closed they forgot to turn lights on for sign. Workers walking on french fries, burger wrappers and to go bags. Tables were dirty and flies every where. Fountain area total mess with lids, straws and napkins. The area for making shakes had more add ins on counter and floor than in dispencer. Ohh and plugged up toilet with employee waiting to use the other. Why is the floor all wet in front of fountain behind the counter. They were not busy and plenty of time to talk and stand there doing nothing. Returned a couple weeks later with generous coupon for extra value meal received from Customer Recovery Specialist of McDonalds to find little improvement.. Floor was sorta clear only where walk behind counter forget about a foot away from edges. A cup was over spout of ketchup dispenser and good supply ketchup slopped on counter beneath. Two employees walked over removed cup and walked away leaving mess on counter and handle of dispencer slopped up and remainder of spout also. Blatant ignorant of mess. The swing manager was walking all over total area with cash box money like she was lost or asking to be robbed as pointed by police officer there. And what is the slop bucket under cash counter dipping rags into for? Unsightly mess area! This place is worse place of all for mess and unsanitary looking areas. It has been for...

Theres so much I could say about this location. I'll keep it to my most recent interactions though. Just the other night I had gone through the drive thru and placed my order. I was the only one there so you'd think that it'd be quick service. But it wasnt. I waited 15 minutes. Yeah. 15 minutes. Before i was even acknowledged. Then I was given a small sorry and handed my food. In that time I had already called the number in their window to file a complaint about unprofessional and horrible service. Tonight I decided to go through their drive thru at 945 pm after working a 15 hour day and not being able to eat that whole time. They were the only place open. Everything I tried to order they told me "we arent making anymore of these tonight" when I asked why after getting frustrated I was told "we dont want to make anymore tonight" LIKE WHAT. Not even "were out of the patties" just we dont want to make anymore of them tonight. There were customers ahead of me and customers behind me. At that point I told them to just forget it and that I'd find somewhere else to get food. This is just unacceptable. They may have updated their exterior appearance but they haven't made any progress with finding...
