Horrible service! This McDonald messed up my simple coffee order the last three times I've been there. Didn't care to make anything of it until this third time. Cashier (white old lady) seems to have an issue understanding what a regular medium iced coffee is. How hard is it? Then when I get to the second window to pick up my regular medium iced coffee the black girl hands me a black iced coffee. I told her I did not order a black iced coffee. She tells the mexican guy that and he walks over to the window and asked what did I order and I said a medium iced coffee. He then picks up the coffee and says this is a medium iced coffee. I said no that is a medium BLACK iced coffee I didn't ask for black iced coffee. So then the black girl who handed me the coffee rolled her eyes and asked how much cream do I want. I told her however many a medium iced coffee normally gets. I never had to say how many creamers and how much sugar. Then the mexican guy grabbed it and added creamer to it and gave it back. I asked the girl did he put sugar in it? she nodded YES. As I drove off making my entrance to the 205 freeway and tasted my coffee and clearly there was no sugar in it. I then called this location immediately and got no answer. I drove back and asked for a refund and gave the coffee back. The cashier did not know how to issue a refund and then called her manager over. As the manager was on the cash register processing my refund, the white old lady (cashier) made a comment "$2 really?" I then responded, "it has nothing to do with the $2, it's the service you provided." I just gave you your coffee back now I just want my money back. The manager then asked me to drive to the next window and she'll bring my refund. The manager apologized and gave me my refund. To the cashier (white old lady) and the (black girl) you both are very RUDE and I hope you receive bad customer service...

Messed up ordered the next day got the same thing messed up and ordered online and got a shake the next week and it wasn’t a damn shake. You guys gave me coffee and it kept me up all night when I needed to go to sleep that morning for work an actual important job, not like the people that keep turning off the ice cream machine when they should leave it on 24 /seven or fix their app when you order off the app that makes it so you can’t order Mother ducking ice cream. Deleted all my McDonald’s points over these years just never use it again.I guess. Specially, when I get told I can’t even get my refund on my online order.
I want to refund on my ice cream I just want my damn milkshake when I order it I want you to pay me back one single milkshake on the free app. Or you’ve lost a customer forever… I’ve spent thousands of dollars over 10 grand at this fast food restaurant Not gonna spend a damn cent more if I’m gonna get screwed over once or twice a week. I guess I’ll switch to Subway or Jack in a box.
Recommendations: Leave the ice cream machine on if you’re gonna have or sell on your online mc app Anytime of hour. (Don't forget about uber eats when your taking care of DoorDash first)
Tell the employees what to say at the drive-through because they need to get into a routine and not be rude.
They need to act like they’re working at a coffee shop, being respectful, and a smile on their face all day…
Even if things are sad. Especially if they’re giving me coffee at the wrong hour. When I ordered before, the ice cream machines weren't supposed to be turned off.
Stop charging so much on soda. It’s a dang liquid. You need it to survive.
Same thing with water you shouldn’t charge for water.

Read moreMy boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich with his points through the mobile app, like we do all the time, for curbside pickup. After about 10-15mins no one came out with the order, guessing this was due to the fact that 4-5 employees (including the manager) were all outside playing with a kitten an off duty employee brought to show everyone. Because it was late the lobby of this location was closed so we chose to go through the drive thru to get the order or at least an update. After telling the employee through the speaker what happened we were told to pull to the first window, we were met with the manager that was no help and told us we must have done it wrong because it wasn’t on their screen, although the points were removed from my boyfriends account and it showed that it was ordered, but the app doesn’t show the time the order was placed, at least not that we could see, we even asked the manager if there was a way to see the time we placed the order on the app but he didn’t seem to know how the app worked. The manager only asked for an order number, which wasn’t showing since we already checked in at curbside to pick up the order. He never asked what was ordered (again it was 1 chicken sandwich) or offered a solution other then to call corporate to get paid back and reorder. That is the worse customer service I have ever receive and the fact that he was the manager is a joke since he obviously doesn’t know proper customer service or problem solving.
