Smokin' Franny's Bbq — Restaurant in Oregon

Driving our 18 wheeler cross country we stumbled upon Smokin Franny’s in Ontario Oregon . Folks , her little Getty-up food trailer is directly across from the Loves , right off of I-84. When I tell you her food is bangin it’s an understatement ! We hail from what folks refer to as “The South” , where people know barbecue .. We are headed back with our tails tucked between our legs because this woman has shown us up!! We had a pulled chicken & pulled pork combo with honey bar-b-Que sauce, garlic parm sauce , homemade Mac salad and the best damned smoked beans I’ve ever put in my mouth ! I bought the rest of her beans because she was set to close for the day . Do yourself and your family a favor , stop by her business & give her a holler ! If you leave hungry it’s your own fault ! There’s tons of tractor trailer , motor home and specialized parking . No excuse not to stop and Eat ! No I don’t work for the business , just a highway cowboy giving a rave review because it’s well deserved ! Will visit...

Really excited to see this place in Ontario!! Just started up a few weeks ago so I know they're still playing with the menu. That said, their bbq sauce selection is superb, I was a fan of the hickory but they let us sample the whole lineup: I would have happily eaten ANY on my sandwich. We had the beef sandwich and pork sandwich-- both great! I'd love to see some Mac and cheese or mashed/baked potatoes in the future. Their outdoor seating is comfortable; misters and a little shade tent thing. I look forward to spending a lot of money here in the coming months. Thanks for bringing good...

The food was okay. Pulled pork was cooked nicely but could have used a little more BBQ sauce. The Tater gems were a huge disappointment and waste of money. I did door dash and when I recieved my food I realized I paid $6 dollars for 10 tater gems that were not good at all. The sauce for the gems were pretty good though. I was also upset that I was not notified they did not have potato salad they just wrote sorry on the to go box and automatically substituted macaroni salad. I would have liked them to let the dasher know and reach out to me to see if that was fine or if I wanted...
