If I could leave less than 1 star I would. While the food itself was like any other subway the experience we had was bad. First the two workers in there were very young and were really struggling. It was busy and they hopped from thing to thing instead of just going through the job. I tried to make it as easy as possible for them by having my order ready and giving it clearly, as I have worked in fast food and understand. But the girl gave away my sandwich to the people in front of us and then became rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked where my sandwich went and she had to ask for it back from the other people (thankfully it had not been opened so I didn't have to wait for another to be made as I did not have time). Then we asked if they did military discount which she said yes and rolled her eyes, but then did not give it to us even though my husband (who paid) is military. Then when we were done paying I asked for a copy of the receipt and she rolled her eyes at me again before handing me one. I would have asked for manager but after already waiting for 30+ minutes for the entire process to get my sandwich I did not have time to ask and I did not know if there was one there since it seemed to be just the 2 young kids up front. Very very very very very disappointed. We travel this route a lot and will not be stopping here again, which is sad because it would be a great place to stop. I hope management takes this seriously and talks to their employees about not being rude. The initial wait I can handle, it was busy. But to roll your eyes at a customer when you give away their sandwich, don't give them a discount you say is available, and they ask for a receipt is unacceptable I don't care how young you are. If management wants to reach out to me to I would be happy to discuss and might be willing to update my review. But until then, very disappointed and wanted you to know. Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway or any other business I have ever been to. When we got there I could see there were only 2 employees working. Owning my own small business in the food industry I completely understood with the hard times hiring employees currently going on across the country. We patiently placed our order of 4 sandwiches and waited while they helped us and several other customers. When they rang up our order it came to $75.00. We asked them to recheck what was entered because that seemed a bit high. We went over the order again of 4 sandwiches. The new total was $63.00 and she assured us that was for the 4 sandwiches. I paid but asked for my receipt. I even tipped them due to the fact the two workers were working very hard. I checked my receipt and we were clearly charged for 5 sandwiches. I pointed that out To the cashier. She apologized but then said she cannot issue refunds and best she could do was to give us chips, cookies, or drinks to make up for it. I let her know that wouldn’t work, we didn’t need another sandwich and I didn’t want $12.50 in sides. She said she would need to call her manager. I went and was eating my sandwich. The cashier came out and handed me $12.50 and said sorry. I responded that I understand and I thanked her. When we were getting in our car the young man that was working along side the cashier opened the door and yelled “You Racist F@ck!!” I walked back to the door and opened it I made eye contact with the young man and very calmly just said “You have a nice day.” He responded with “You too you Rac,” I closed the door at that time and left. Read moreI used the nifty online order form and stopped in at the designated time, parking in front to await delivery of my order. I waited, and waited, watching guests walk in and wait in line inside. I did peek in the doorway to get someone's attention, but only two staff working and no greeting or acknowledgement. After waiting 20 minutes, I left and immediately sent an email to cancel the charge to my card. 50 minutes later the Subway shop called to advise that my sandwich was ready.
