They have good cookies, but when i made a purchase on friday when i got home i noticed they were hard and not fresh. We called but no one picked up and i kind of live a little far, had to throw the rest away. Until the next day we talked with someone around 1pm, they said just to come back show receipt and they will give us 2 fresh ones. So when we get there around 6pm we were told the manager said no. I wish i talked with the manager instead of the employee who told us to come by cause i wasted gas going there. For that i will Never come back to this location, and they lost loyal customers. If i was the manager i would have just given the customer fresh cookies to make up for last time because that is what customer service is about as well as the reputation. Which this company knows NOTHING About. We have had no problems with this place until now, it’s good people know these cookies not always fresh, and make sure you tell the bakers you want them str8 out the oven. Because my batch on friday looked like a day old or 2 days. Even when i microwaved them the chocolate didnt melt. And the cookie was still hard. Horrible customer service and product
