Orland Chateau — Attraction in Orland Township

I got married here on 8/23/2019 over a week ago! Before i go more into the overall experience, i will briefly go into how i came across this place. I proposed over a Year& Half Ago to my Wife. Few months later me and my bride to be started looking at possible Venues. We had checked out at least 3 at the time but still wasn't sold on those venues at the time. While i was at work my boss overheard me talking to an associate about being indecisive picking out the perfect venue for my wedding. She than asked me have you tried this place in Orland Park called the Orland Chateau. I was like no i haven't heard of it. She than said you must give them a call because her daughter got married there a few years ago and she talked about how great of a Wedding and Experience she had there. She even went on to say after that she attended a party there and everyone had a great time. She told me how nice the Owners Tom and Leonard were and how they are easy to work with and of course how good the food was as well. So me and my wife decided to give them a call, i spoke with one of the owners Tom and he told me to drop by during business hours to see the venue and ask further questions. We than stopped by and we met with Leonard to discuss our plans and vision more in depth. After that encounter we were sold on this Venue for our Wedding. Once we booked the Orland Chateau for our Wedding, all i would hear from everyone i told where i was getting married was that the Orland Chateau is a very nice place to have Weddings, Parties and all type of occasions. Feeling like i need to get to the point. Overall i highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a venue that's reasonable and will work with you on making sure your day is special! If you need a Wedding Decorator or looking for a bakery to make your wedding cake they have vendors who they partner with that they can recommend for you. It's up to you but it helped us out alot. We didn't have to go find those vendors on our own thanks to this place! All the hype i heard about this place became reality on my Wedding Night. Everything was great! Tom/Leonard were very helpful throughout this whole process from day 1 till my Wedding Night! My Family and guest really loved this place from top to bottom. The Venue itself was in a nice spot, the food was great! If you do open bar the drinks were great! None of my guest had anything negative to say! Everyone had a great time and still are making complements about The Orland Chateau when they talk to my mother or myself. I was just at a family BBQ on my Wife side of the family. We had an amazing experience having our wedding reception at Orland Chateau! The owners, Tom and Leonard, went above and beyond to make sure our wedding reception was exactly what we wanted it to be. Plates are very affordable and the price already includes tax and gratuity (they don’t have any weird hidden charges like a lot of other places do). Tom and Leonard were incredibly accommodating with all of the personal touches we wanted for our reception. They allowed us to bring in candy for a candy table and they did an amazing job setting up the candy table on the day of the wedding. We also rented our center pieces and they let us store all of the center pieces and candy in their office (you could barely move in there lol). They did a great job putting together our centerpieces according to our instructions; everything looked perfect!

The food at Orland Chateau absolutely amazing! We gave our guests the option of steak, chicken, or vegetarian entrees. The food came out piping hot and you could tell the meat was fresh out of the oven. Everything was delicious! I had the chicken (spinach and feta stuffed!) and had a bite of the steak my wife ordered. The steak was tender and melted in your mouth and the stuffed chicken was perfect! After dinner, we had an awesome time dancing, mingling with our guests, and chatting with the super friendly bartenders. Leonard and the staff even stayed late with us because our hotel shuttle (which was a school bus) was full and it needed to make a second trip to pick us up. It was seriously the best night of our lives!

I can go on and on about how awesome Tom, Leonard, and the rest of the staff and Orland Chateau are but I think there is character limit. If you are looking to have a wedding reception or really any event in the area I highly recommend you stop in or give them a call! Thanks Tom...

I don't know how to begin with explaining how amazing Chateau is! When we were searching for venues everywhere wanted more money for the ceremony, the cost per person was outrageous or didn't have any of our dates available, the added tax and fees were over 1k alone, only champagne and beer for alcohol or simply 2+hrs away😔. When we came across this place and had a view of this banquet hall we melted and fell in love. When we found out the price and everything that came with it (cake, 4½hr open bar,centerpieces, tip and gratuity+ etc) he even threw in a free ceremony 💜❤ we were SOLD!! Leonard is hands down the most relaxed person you'll ever meet, so flexible, easy going and answered questions quickly. I felt like I was getting on his nerves but he assured me that I should be asking questions. The day of my wedding was hectic to say the very least! The staff helped everything run smoothly. The FOOD! Omg people are still messaging me talking about the food (it's over 41 days since the wedding) they're still raving about the abundance, how quickly it was served and of course how delicious it was! And I was worried because everyone's reviews about food talks about the filet mignon and chicken. We had family style roast beef, chicken with rice and Italian sausage with mostaccioli! Our guests loved it. We had around 75 guests and used half of the banquet hall which i was worried if we'll have to share the venue and the music would collide! Nope! Leonard ensured that it would only be my wedding! I can't thank him and the staff enough for truly making our wedding day more than we could ever dream of without killing our pockets!
