I had a Peach Green Lemonade with peach bubbles-less sweet and it was great! The girls at the register were so accommodating and ready to make suggestions. I traveled here specifically while cross country moving for Lou Malnati’s deep dish next door, which didn’t allow animals on the patio. Motea is next door, and allowed my dog and outside food while traveling cross country and that’s all I can ask for. I have an 11 hr drive ahead of me, but am in no rush because the atmosphere was so relaxing. Great, friendly staff! They deserve a raise+bonus. P.S. They gave my dog a bigger pup cup than Starbucks lol

Came here when we saw the Now Open sign as I've been waiting for this to open! They have a good variety of delicious dishes which we tried as well as teas. We tried the Taiwanese crispy chicken which is one of my favorite snacks and also got a couple of rice bowls. As for teas, I tried their house bubble milk tea and Thai iced tea. Both were delicious! For dessert we got the green tea and strawberry banana rolled ice creams. The rolled ice cream seems to be the favorite as that is what a lot of people were ordering. We will definitely be back!!

I found this place by accident, and I am very happy that I did! Very cute little ice cream and bubble tea shop. They also serve food (I didn't order food but what they were bringing out looked delicious) I had the rainbow rolled ice cream and my sister a tea, both were really good. The young guy and the girl at the register bother were kind and professional. I wish the place was more visible from the street, it's kind of hidden. I bet many people have no idea that this place is there. I will definitely return!

I have been coming here for awhile now. I had spent a lot of time at Motea after being laid off from a job and using this as an alternative to get out of the house and work on job searching somewhere besides Starbucks. I am sincerely impressed with the tea house and their menu. The vegan creamy ramen should be mentioned as I have seen no one else talk about it. The voices of veggies, broth, and noodles are all a beautiful combination and the taste is out of this world. To find a place that serves an actual vegan ramen is very hard and Motea hit the nail on the head. As for their boba, I think it is good. No weird syrups get used in their strawberry black tea for example and instead, they put jam in there!

Staff is very knowledgeable and very kind. Even on their busiest days, I am treated kindly. Their summer specials are also a tasty delight. Thank you for providing a welcoming atmosphere and a place with good food AND boba I can eat! I think my only suggestion would be to add plant based milk choices for milk tea. Maybe almond or coconut.

Edit; It has been awhile since I last came and maybe I overreacted, but I was made uncomfortable by the staff one night. Two teenage employees consistently got distracted throughout the time they were taking my order, or were attempting to. It felt like I was a bother and they were more interested in talking to their friends who were visiting. My food came out in to go containers, when I had requested dine in. The one employee proceeded to shrug his shoulders, while the girl smirked at me, and they continued talking to their friends. One even remarket to just dump my food into a bowl right in front of me. The man working the kitchen was the only one to give consistent, nice service. I am not sure what happened, but it makes me feel rather awkward and uncomfortable being treated the way I...

Hello, I just recently came in to try some of the delicious rolled ice cream and bubble tea. I normally don't like ramen but my granddaughter really wanted to try it, and after taking that first bite, let's just say I was flabbergasted. Not only did it taste like real authentic ingredients but it was warm (which sounds weird but some soup places I've been to serve lukewarm soup). I tried the rose milk tea which was absolutely life-changing, they didn't have tapioca prepared so I took a gamble and tried the crystal boba, BEST toping ever!!!! It was so good and my granddaughter got the custard pudding bubble milk tea, which I thought pudding custard in a drink would taste bad but it paired amazingly!!! The staff were super friendly, and the girl working was really attentive to if I liked the toppings (which I did!!!).Highly recommend coming here since it is getting warmer and the ice cream is really cooling (I recommend the perfect pair!!! It's really PERFECT!!!) So sad that I just stumbled upon this hidden gem, will be coming back!! OVERALL food 10/10 atmosphere 10/10 staff 10/10!!!!!!

Would have written the review sooner but was super busy!! Fog Brian!!! I came in on a...

Have been searching for decent Boba and this place popped up near my home so I figured why not. Looks like I should have stayed away…. Drink was so so so sweet that I couldn’t even get half way through without feeling nauseous. After sending back my drink I then opted for a regular soda and their hot tonkatsu ramen. I normally enjoy spicy ramen but this was way more salty than anything and the pork has a really weird texture. I’m not sure if it was old or just really undercooked as it was very chewy. After getting a less than nice reaction regarding my drink I felt uneasy about complaining again. They didn’t give me a refund on the Boba so I should have expected the rest of the experience wouldn’t be any better… I talked to a young lady but she didn’t seem to care much about what I was saying. They should hire a manager who actually cares about their customers experience. We already didn’t make a big deal about having to wipe off our seats when we sat due to crumbs thinking it was a one off. Really seriously don’t recommend this place to anyone honestly. Hopefully someone will try to improve this place asap before it loses any...
