Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Orland Township

THEY HAVE ANTS; FOUND A COUPLE ON MY FOOD!!! We ordered a dinner box from here. There was ants on the food. They offered a credit for next time and my dad accepted and then I told him that like we don’t want to eat there next time and we said that we wanted a refund we paid $40 there they said they’re gonna give us half of the money to buy food next time, even though we don’t wanna go there because they literally said they’ve been having ants in the restaurant. As they’re trying to get rid of them meaning this could happen again we did not get a refund. We just got hung up on because she stated that we said credit at first, we’re going to get store credit and we not eligible for a refund even though they literally gave us two options either get a pizza from there again or basically get a pizza from there again but later not a refund and we were too disgusted to even think about eating there right now, so my dad just said store credit, but in reality were never gonna go there again and I generally do not recommend for anyone to go there because that was really unprofessional service and unclean environment for a pizza place. The top priority is sanitization the fact that this place lack that with the amount of ants they should...

Absolutely a terrible experience. I ordered a deep dish pizza with EXTRA pepperoni. I opened it right in front of them and it clearly had barely any pepperoni on it and it was super thin. Not even close to deep dish. Barely even qualifies as regular crust. Barely any cheese and barely any pepperoni.

I could tell the two people working were super lazy. I nicely asked the guy if this is the right order and he looked at it and had that gall to tell me that it’s what I ordered. I didn’t want to be confrontational and I could tell he didn’t care so I just took it and left.

First time trying Pizza Hut in years and it looks as if I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut for at least another decade.

I would give this a zero but it won't let you This place is an absolute embarrasment to the Pizza Hut name. I ordered 2 pizzas that were supposed to be done at 7:45pm and they didn't hand them to me until 8:20 and I was not. The place was extremely dirty with no apparent management what-so-ever. One lady wanted to pay to get out after having to spend two hours to get her food in the dining room. Then she couldn't even pay. I had to ask a waitress who the manager was. hiss name was Marquis and he is the farthest thing from a manager you could imagine. I would have walked out long ago but the one thing they did right was take my money right away. Don't waste your time at this place, it is worse...
