If zero stars was an option this starbucks would get the grand prize. I went threw the drive thru Saturday. I had already went to 1 other starbucks looking for the pink drink. The other 2 said they was out of syrup. So I place my trenta size pink drink . What I recieve was 4 Oz of beverage and a full cup of ice. There was so much ice until the cup of liquid was empty before I could park my car in the same lot to go jewels . I usually don't complain but I turn around to go back. The doors to come in had a sign short staff drive thru only. I went thru they said they would remake the drink. Then a white lady looked me and said sound like you want a free drink. I'm not okay with her attitude she displayed after seeing 20 minutes later the cup is still full of ice. She assumed because I was black I am just looking for a freebie. Not the case. Her professionalism was horrible. After she argued with me she like I'll remake it this time. I said no thank you. I will never patronize this business again! This clearly unacceptable! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always have the worst experience with the employees working there. They always correct me when/if I say something wrong. I canāt even say that they all do it, because the girl that always does it is KP I believe (based off of her name tag). Not only have I had a problem with her, but so has two other people I know. When I recognize her voice through the microphone I automatically know that I am going to have a hard time ordering with her because she always has a problem with anything I tell her. One time I ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade and she hands it to me without lemonade in it (I could tell by the color). I then kindly confronted her about it and she immediately got very defensive insisting that it did have lemonade in it. I ended up giving the drink away because it didnāt have lemonade in it. As for the actual drinks that they serve, theyāre amazing. I really appreciate all of the other nice employees there except her. Thatās the reason that I am giving a 4 star rating...because everything is so wonderful about that...

I decided to go Inside the store since the drive thru was long. I was the first in line to order when I came in. Several minutes later I noticed that Iām not getting my order. Several customers at least 5 behind me had already gotten their orders. I then asked politely the guy who was mixing several drinks for some customers about my order but he said ā itās not my Jobā. I again asked him if he can check my order and again he said itās not his job. I then went to the lady who took My order and she apologized for the mishap. I understand it was a busy morning but the guy who consistently said itās not his job dies not represent you as a company with good reputation. By the way that coffee and sandwich was for a special mom on this Motherās Day. I hope this company can enlighten this kind of employee about good customer service. He could have at least said ā Iām sorry for the delay but I can have someone help you...
