So I'm not a fan of fast food but when traveling sometimes I have no choice. Stopped here on my layover to Atlanta as it was close to my departing gate. Did not want to wonder off too far. There was just one person taking orders and line was wrapped around the corner. While waiting for my meal I observed several employees who was suppose to be filling orders engaged in personal conversation. That in and of itself was not an issue but there was more talking and less working, which accounted for the back up and wait. One employee who was to be pulling orders stood with her back turned to the customers and did not fill one order during the time I was standing there. She pretty much just attached receipts to the paper bags. There seem to be no sense of urgency to fill orders as customers stood on each other waiting for their orders.
I ordered the #6 crispy chicken sandwich served with a side of fries and a drink. Meal did not look like the picture. Sandwich was squeezy with what appeared to be the ends of the tomato and a tiny piece of lettuce. I know airport prices are higher than what you would expect to pay elsewhere, but what I got no way justified what I paid. Next time I think I will just 86 them and wait until I get to my final destination or just eat somewhere else. I'm just saying, #igotissues. What...

Went here because it was familiar and we had a coupon. It was busy but they were running both registers and slowly but surely was getting food out.
I heard the guy call my number but by the time I cut through the sea of hungry travelers and asked if they called my number, they just said not yet. After a while, and looking intensely at their operation, I saw that they put my order on this shelf instead of recalling them after a bit. So they lied to me because they didn’t want to spend the 2 seconds to reread the orders they set aside. Fries were cold and soggy at that point. I used to think Burger King fries were number one but not anymore thanks to this location. Never have I ever not finish my fries except for today.
Soda machines were also leaking everywhere when it was dispensing.
Also no seating was available so we had to eat it in our laps like chumps.
They also didn’t accept our coupon and didn’t have impossible whoppers available. Also didn’t have ketchup, napkins, or even ice.
Sandwiches themselves were decent though.
But after this experience I’ll try to avoid the King...
Read morePassed through 28th January..the original chicken sandwich was cooked like a basket of French fries with about 30 other patties in oil that was obviously old and burnt..I ask for lettuce mayo and cheese. Got a oil soaked burnt tasting patty with mayo..went back to get it right .as I waited 3 other wrong orders walked up..so orders are being done twice.thus the mile long line..received my replacement orders which looked right but overwhelmingly tasted like burnt grease .needless say both sandwiches went in the trash.couldnt afford anymore airport food..so I went hungry ..if they are taking short cuts to full fill orders ..then obviously they need to be retrained.and find out why operation practices were allowed to be circumvented ..to me an expansion would go a long way in helping the customer get the BK experience they have come to expect...and not have you walk away feeling like it's nothing but a money grab ..I'm sure if you do a customer survey you'll find out many feel...
