Horrible experience - and huge disappoint in Disney as a brand. Spent a lot of money on going to Disney parks - staying at resort - buying merchandise - and the customer service for when something goes wrong is atrocious for such a huge organization that makes billions. My mother in law bought my daughter a 100th anniversary sweatshirt for $49.99 (not cheap) - I washed it before putting it on my daughter. After following the instructions on how to wash it - I took it out of the laundry and the colors washed out. My daughter wasn’t even able to wear it - because of the way that it looked. I went to a Disney store a few days later - and asked to exchange it for the same sweatshirt - and showed the damaged products - where the manager, Evelyn - from El Salvador - of the store at MCO international airport refused to exchange it for us - although they had the same sweater in stock - she said she didn’t know it came from their store. It was clearly disney apparel as they had the exact sweater there that was just bought a few days ago. Very appalled by the customer service of this brand. Picture is after 1 wash (as per directions on item) - never worn - washed before...

Very unpleasant experience with Vic who acted bothered that I had asked for assistance with deflating the balloon we purchased in the Disney Parks. It’s well shared online and from the gate agent that we could take our balloon to the Disney Store in the airport to have it deflated. At first I thought Vic was being cheeky/funny with me and then I realized that he did not want to deflate my balloon and was bothered that we had brought it in to he deflated. He mentioned that it was a courtesy that the Disney store offers, and also let us know that if he damaged the balloon, we wouldn’t be able to replace it. He went ahead and deflated the balloon for us. If this is something that Disney Store Employees are not comfortable performing, it should be advertised that the balloons will not be deflated at...

I believe her name was Holly, but she was a smaller lady from Lousiana- she gave me the best experience I could ask for! I was already late for a flight and looking for a Lilo and Stitch keychain for my sister before departing for Minnesota. She made it happen even though the last one was on a mannequin. Best experience ever. I’m sorry if the name is wrong, I was in such a hurry, but I couldn’t think of better customer service than what she provided. HUGE HUGE raving review...
