Customer service was not bad and I appreciate the transparency of those who were working there. This smoothie shop advertised clean ingredients and freshness, but all of their smoothies have over 50 grams of sugar. I asked for alternatives, or ways to make the smoothies less sugary but there were none. I understand this is the airport and it is not going to be Sprouts or Whole Foods, but the smoothies were so sweet (and not in the good way). Had the great displeasure of ordering from this place prior to departure from Orlando International Airport this morning. The rudest restaurant employees ever encountered - clearly overwhelmed with a line of 7 people, barking & yelling at customers like they were cattle, and dismissively snickering at folks with language barriers. To add insult to injury, the smoothies were mediocre at best! My family and I travel through this airport at least 4 times a year. This will be the first and last time we order anything from this...

Doesn’t even deserve one star. How can you advertise a kale smoothie and put NO kale in it? I pointed that out to the cashier and she said that it was kale powder. The picture on the menu advertises a green Kale smoothie and mine came out orangish yellow. SO dishonest. This franchise should be sued and put out of business immediately, even the name of the establishment (Freshens)...
