We always order and enjoy the food, especially the lava cake dessert. Today, we ordered bread, two pizzas, and the much-anticipated lava cake. When the order arrived, the lava cake was missing. That was fine—we understand mistakes happen. We called and explained that the dessert was missing. The attendant kindly asked if we wanted a credit or if we preferred to receive the lava cake. Since we really love this dessert, we asked if they could please deliver it.
So, we started eating, excited for the dessert to arrive. It didn’t take long for a box, similar to the lava cake packaging, to be delivered. Since we were still eating our pizza, I didn’t think to open it immediately to check—after all, the only thing missing was the dessert, and we assumed that’s what was inside.
But when it was finally time to enjoy the dessert with some ice cream, to our surprise and disbelief, it wasn’t the lava cake at all—it was chicken drumsticks. Even worse, not just chicken, but two half-eaten drumsticks, with only leftover bones and scraps remaining. It felt like it was done out of spite or anger—there’s no other explanation. It seemed malicious and extremely disrespectful.
It’s the worst feeling to open a delivery order and see something already eaten like that, with bones and leftovers, when all we wanted was the dessert we had paid for. If it hadn’t been charged, we would’ve understood and would’ve happily ordered and paid again—but we did pay, and it didn’t come.
That’s why we called—simply asking for what we paid for and what was missing. Unfortunately, because of the malicious and unethical behavior of a few staff members, the store has now lost four loyal customers. We will no longer be ordering again, out of disappointment and lack of respect and empathy from the people...
Read moreWorst carry out experience ever! I will give the store credit for quickly making the order. However. I ordered a large 2 topping Brooklyn style pizza. Upon checking the pizza at counter I was disappointed by the amount of toppings. I commented to the counter person and he said nothing. After paying I commented again that the toppings amount was small. He informed me that "was a lot of toppings " on the pizza. I disagreed and was annoyed I had to complain twice before he even acknowledged my complaint. I asked to speak to manager and was informed he made the pizza. The manager, well within earshot, took no interest in speaking with me about my complaint. As I was leaving I addressed manager directly and told him I was amazed he wouldn't take the time to address my complaint. He told me he had pizzas to make. At that point I asked for the owner's info. He told me that they wouldn't provide that and continued making pizzas with no regard to me as a customer. I informed him I would leave this google review and would not order here again. He told me "good". What upset me most was the complete lack of customer service by the manager. I would order from any place but this location !
Tried this location again ....mistake ,...pizza not fully cooked nor cut fully, bottom of pizza box (inside) covered in grease ... smh last time for...
Read moreI honestly hate to do this but the bad review is well deserved. Every single time I order from this location, they forget the little cup of marinara or any other sauces you may be untitled to via you order or additional sauces you’ve payed for. This has been an ongoing problem for the past few months since I moved to this new place and subsequently started ordering my pizza from this location. Literally every single time I order, it’s always a “deal” with pizza, stuffed bread, and likely a 2 liter. Bread comes with 1 side of choice included in the purchase price of the item, clearly selected on the dominoes app, they have failed to deliver every single time. I have tried ordering extra sauces paying .50 or something for each only to receive 0. Today in the delivery instructions, you know they specific thing the delivery guy would want to read before leaving the “office”, I wrote “if you forget the sauce you get no tip.” Now I did still provide a $5.00 tip for his less then 2 miles of travel to my house even though the marinara was M.I.A. I will leave this here and hope it reaches the right people in management so this basic, easily corrected problem does not persist. I will say congrats to Pizza Hut for acquiring my business...
