Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express in my life. I was so excited to see that there was one on my layover in Orlando especially since it’s been months since I tried the top rated Panda in LA airport. I walked up to get a quick order and the pricing says clearly that a small bowl with 1 entree and 1 side will be almost $12. Great, I checked with Rosie the one who served me and she said all good it’ll be that bowl price also. I get up to the counter to pay for everything and for a small bowl and spring rolls my total magically jumped up to $16. Mildred (management) looked at me and said that’s the price and since you added on beyond vegan meat and 2 spring rolls both are $2.99 extra. What?! Why didn’t anyone communicate that with me ahead of time while I was ordering all of this. Mildred did not care and told me I have to pay and ignored me explaining that Rosie didn’t inform me. Rosie came over in front of the manager and said, “honey it’s the airport this is how it is”. Other people in the line started walking away and telling her not to be rude. Read moreEmployee named Chelsea on Feb 25, 2022 at 6:22pm seemed like she did not want to be working, and ignored my husband twice when he asked for a sauce. She then gave him the sauce after making a face as if it bothered her, and also gave the sauce in a rude manner.
My husband told her "malcriada", which in spanish literary means "you have not been raised well", and is accurate for her behaviour, and mind you, is not a bad word at all.
She proceeded to approach us at the cash register and asked, in a threatening way: "what did you call me?". My husband told her, because it's not a bad word, and he had been nice, and not gotten the service he usually expects at a Panda. We eat at Panda A LOT, and we have never been treated this guetto.
I proceeded to tell her that I have worked customer service ALL my life, and that is not the way to treat customers. She kept acting all guetto.
I'm assuming management here could care less, because if she is acting like that, it means she is not afraid of getting a warning.
We will surely never order there again, as it's obvious this Panda is not up to par as other Panda's...

It was around 8:25pm, and since they dont close until 9, we thought awesome! We can grab a quick bite to eat at a fast casual place before they close in 35 minutes. Upon entering the line, we were told by an employee that they always close the kitchen at 8pm, and they only had two items left on their line to choose from. She rolled her eyes as if to say “duh we close our kitchen at 8, how didnt you know that?” When i asked to speak to the manager she looked worried and went to the back, only to come back and say that the manager was too busy to speak to me at the moment. Management needs to seriously be reconsidered at this location. Just because we are traveling and you wont see us anymore doesnt mean we are not people.
