Worst service we have ever had at one of your locations! I don’t know who’s in charge here but them and the staff should all be Encouraged to find new employment out of the service industry. 45 minutes wait for a sandwich is over the top then hey got the order wrong! Not really surprised while giving our order the lady behind the counter seemed dis-instead and acted like we were from Mars and was like so you want a mayo only sandwich like only bread and mayo? After the 5th time of telling her what we wanted she finally got it. So to top this all off we get the replacement sandwich and that is wrong as well then another 10min wait just for mayo packets. If we hadn’t had firehouse in your home state and had good service I would never come to one again because of this which is sad because the food is good. But this staff need to go...

One of the options at the Orlando Airport Food Court in the center of the terminal. If you don’t know, Firehouse Subs is a sandwich chain throughout the US. The vibe is typical of a firehouse: half-modern decorations and tiled walls. The service was actually good for breakfast. They had a reasonable amount of time to finish our food.

About the food, we got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast. We were disappointed by the small portions of the sandwich. For some reason, it had mayonnaise on it. However, the taste of the mayonnaise and the cheddar was good. Much softer than I expect. Overall, there are better places...

Slowest service ever! I waited almost 30 minutes for my sandwich to be made. They need management to step in and ensure employees are working faster. Everyone was complaining. This happens everyday I come here. Update: To the "owner" who is replying to all of these reviews, your replies mean nothing! Nothing ever changes at this location.
