As a waitress of four years, I have never been been more enraged by a “restaurant” experience. I ordered two meatball sub combos with side caesars for my mother and I. After communicating this to an employee who was providing the salads out of obvious cooperation of the assembly line prior to the cash register, he repeats the combos back to us and walks away. I think he went to go get more salad. However, there were some on ice prepared. He did not inform or communicate with his coworker working with him that we would be having two salads.
Moving forward, we tell someone else that we also had salad, thinking it had been communicated. We receive 2 full size salads. Then, reach the cashier with the subs and she tries to charge us against the original combo of $16, to $13 for the sub and $9 for a full size salad. I explained that we had ordered differently than received. So, after having possession of the salads and even removing a piece of lettuce that wasn’t completely on their with my unwashed hands, she takes them both away. That was the first thing that made me aggravated.
Next, I acknowledged that the subs we had received were not what had been advertised. (: We chose the subs because they were advertised with 4 meat balls and I would rather not have the carbs, neither would my mother. The spaghetti was the other meatball option, showing only 2. The girl was not cooperative and brought back two identical subs.
I did not enjoy the service or the meal. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and I believe in being respectful, therefore NOT taking food away from a customer as well as being as informative as possible when an issue arises. But really, this isn’t even the employee’s fault entirely.
Why are your advertisement’s a lie?? Also, where did you learn to safely serve food where someone has been handed it and touches it and you take it back to serve to others?? I’m confused?? Did a pandemic...
Read moreOn 5/14/2025 we stopped in for a bite and was very disappointed. We put in a mobile order and waited 20 minutes for a plate of spaghetti even though the place was 90% empty and it was only in 5:00 on a Tuesday. We did get quick notification on the app that our order was complete and to pick up our order. We waited there for awhile and tried to get the attention of the employees at the pick up (she seemed like the supervisor) but she kept ignorring us. She even had several of the other employees come up to her and say "there are people waiting" nodding to the group of us and she just responded "none of the orders are complete". This was only between the staff, the supervisor never would respond to us. In the end we were finally able to get one of the other staff to figure out what happened to the rest of our order. By that time the spaghetti was cold and terrible. The whole pizza we got was mediocre and very undercooked.
It's a real shame because we had lunch earlier that day at mythos ( the second time this trip) and got such good customer service and great food.

Read moreI visited the stand on 7/5 around 4:30pm to get some drinks. I first asked if they had any water and the server, Latasha at the stand rolled her eyes. I repeated myself and she acted as she didn’t hear me and start talking on the walkie talkie. I was amazed about the extremely rude attitude and asked if I can get 2 sodas. She then brought out two souvenir cups and asked for $30. I said to her I just want 2 fountain sodas without the souvenir cups and she acted as she didn’t understand. After repeating for what I want many times she refused to sell me anything. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager came. I said I just want 2 sodas then the manager turned to Latasha and said it’s up to her. Latasha said no and the answer from the manager was that they were not comfortable selling anything to me. I’m so upset about the experience! It’s my first time at the park and I just wanted to have a good time! I truly didn’t expect someone at the park would go her way out to ruin my day. And the manager would side with her without learning about what really happened. Please, review the surveillance camera let the footage be the judge. I would apologize if...
