Where do I begin?? Well the drive through your looking at a 20-45min wait. Then when you get the window they ask for your order again. And you wait another 5-10 min. At first I thought they we just under staffed but then I go inside cause my daughter wanted to play in the plqyhouse. the drive through line had about 8 cars and inside there were 4 people unfunny of me. Their are two registers and 3 yound people in front 4 in the kitchen. And another 3 at the windows. All joking around dancing talking BARELY WORKING. Both times there was only 1 person on a register while the other two stood around talking. I come to the register and the first time the yound man is yelling outside the store to someone and then looks at me like I'm interrupting him and I'm a problem. As I'm ordering he still looking outside and had me repeat my order 3 times. I then wait 15min for a happy meal and a mcchicken. Thee second time its a young lady who has me standing infront of her for 3 min as she finished her conversation with the two other employees standing next to get doing nothing. She then gets my order and I wait 20 min because the staff is talking. The worst part is the manager does the same thing. Sits around talking throwing random orders to the employees when she actually noticed then not doing there job. This The worst McDonalds ever! Let's not get to the sanitation. The staff is grabbing and serving food without gloves. I have no idea how this place is still open. Its a bunch of young employees probably still in high school. I'm all for teens starting work young. But make sure they are doing their job and have some manners, take responsibility and WORK! this location needs a whole new team. Down to...
Read moreI moved out of central Orlando years ago, but travel back every now and again to see family. On Sunday morning after a 2hrs drive into Orlando, I stopped at this McDonald for breakfast for my 6yrs old son. The cashier was very patient and welcoming to my son because he was indecisive about what he wanted. While we were waiting for our change, I gave her a $50, another worker called #227 and I said am I 227? The worker rolled her eyes and went back to pack other food. I didn't know what # I was because I didn't get a ticket and the cashier took my name for the order. But that's not what upset me. After moving over to get the bag she left on the counter, I checked it's contents and realize I was missing the hash brown. A worker was at the counter with HER BACK TURNED to everyone, she was leaning up there with an attitude. So I said "is this my food? She looked over her shoulder and said it's 227. Then I said it's missing an hash brown. She called to another worker and said "bring her a hash brown." With the nastiest attitude. McDonald's is a great place to grab a quick delish bite. But in predominately black neighborhood where they hire young, careless workers then you get bad service and they could care less. I could see that they did a revamp of this store, because I remember how it looked before and now it look very nice but the workers need a revamp also. If you don't want to come to work and deal with people, stay home. Or learn better customer...
Read moreI visited this McDonald's on 2/13/20 @ 5:16 p.m. the cashier was okay, she could have been friendlier. I used my previous receipt to get a free 1$ menu item from taking the survey. The manager was extremely RUDE he questioned if my survey code was valid ! When talking to me he kind of rolled his neck and said he was use to their survey code starting with something else. I told the manager that I take the time to take survey's especially when bored at work and even proceeded to show him receipts in my purse from other restaurants that I visited and also took their survey. He walked away, and said he was busy. I called the restaurant by phone when I left to further speak to him because I felt a certain type of way about that and how I was handled as a customer. I was able to get him on the phone but after hearing me out he hung up the phone. I called back he acted like the phone had dropped. I called back to get his name he picked up and then hung up the phone. He never answered the phone again after several attempts ! He can not handle conflict, he is not honest, and not mature enough to be in that role. He was an African American male slender built brown skinned with Dred locks he had on a grey Manager T-shirt. Treat customers polite, the nerve of you to allow me to call the restaurant back and you not answer. We have...
