I been ordering from Papa John edgewater store for about 4 years. Most of the time I've spent $35 to $50 dollars an order. I never had a problem until tonight. My husband and I was placing an order, Angel told my husband she didn't have the special due to the fact that they're a franchised store. So she redirected him to another store. When my husband found out they don't deliver, he called back the Edgewater store only to be told they don't deliver also. When I called back I said you've delivered for 4 years to my home. Mike said O yeah we do deliver. Now at this times my husband felt uncomfortable. I said don't worry maybe another time. I called again to speak to the manager that's when I found out it was Angel. I wanted her to know what happened and she acknowledged she spoke to my husband. I said Angel I want to express how I feel about what happened and how customer service is important. Angel said I don't have to tell her about customer service because she had worked for Papa Johns for one and half years and look at her google review to see what customers are saying. She went on to said no one on her team said they don't deliver. Now she knows her team member just apologize for what he said. So now your rude self is going to tell me how great your customer service skills and then lie, Ok. Well I hope you see this and I hope you know I'm going to report you. It may not matter to your franchised store but it will matter with my money. I was a faithful customer for 4 years and you with one rude attitude ended it. I didn't want anything from you I just wanted to be heard. So keep up the great work Angel. I'm sure your boss need many more dedicated employee like yourself. Well anyway I called the Mills store and placed my order and I told them what happened and they treated me great!!! I got the special plus customer services. Read morewe placed a delivery order about 2 months ago the delivery was issued through doordash & the dasher ended up stealing the food and not dropping it off. we then called papa john’s to explain what happen and they immediately tried to fix the issue by sending out another order and offering a refund which was extremely kind, is now under new management, the order was over $100 and by the time the food got here the event was over. 2 weeks had gone by and we had not gotten our refund at this point we call back and speak to the new manager (mark) who said he’d then get in contact with his boss, surprise surprise he didn’t. I then got in contact with doordash & they let me know the refund was approved & needed to be issued through the store. I then contacted papa john’s corporate & they let me know no notes were in the system & the store i used was an independent franchise so they weren’t able to help. I then reached out again to the store to see if the refund was issued they let me know they’d forward me an email with updates . i waited a full week as i understand they have other task to do, after waiting for another week i called and mark was instantly shutting me down telling me they sent the money even though my bank said they haven’t received any funds from them even providing me proof with my bank statements , and refused to give me the area managers number so i could try to fix this issue, he then hangs up on me while im talking to him, i don’t understand why they got rid of the old manager as he was someone who actually cared while this guy mark seems to not have any mutual respect...
Read moreJerk G Mgr- and DM have been good friends for Years,DM had worked under this AH,previously.Was a Former PT Employee,Had worked PT for pj's for over 5 years.I Refused to Deliver an order in the Blacked-out Parramore area,DURING THE EVENING-Dark.It even had a bad Address,so they could circumvent the predisposed Safety regimen.The store knows they Must oblige by this Code.They put an address in,that was non existent,based on the Block number.But it was a Rec Center that ordered large orders at times.So,they got Tricky,Hence, it would consistently go thru the POS SYSTEM.I know,I tried ordering from that exact address Online,of Center.Willing to sacrifice a Driver's Safety,for the Almighty Dollar.So,all heck broke loose,cause I put precedence on my better judgement.At that particular Center,Late...there are unsavory elements that hang outside..It is a high Drug,and Prostitution area.With plenty of Guns,looking for an ez target,and a lit up sign,that says Rob me.I spoke up,when the GM walked in later,and said I was Suspended for insubordination.So I quit on principle.The DM ,later rejected my pleas,due to over a decade of Cronyism,with this ingrate GM.He is still managing...
