One Aesthetics — Local services in Orlando

I don't recommend this place. Sometime near October of 2023, I have fillers, Botox, and fat dissolver, about $3,500 worth of products. I had fillers put into my cheeks and jawline. Well, the fillers were uneven. On side of the jaw the filler is slightly on or above my jaw and the other side it's below. So there is a slight issue with symmetry. Well about a week after the procedure I texted them about this, they didn't give me a understanding or even concerned response and only said to wait about 6 weeks. They didn't even contact me for the follow up appointment like they did last time. 4 months later I contacted them again because it's still slightly off, left a message with a supposed manager and still no response.

The other thing with this place is that when someone is working on your face or they don't close the door and one person comes in and comments on the person's work that's injecting you, then another comes in and comments...it's like you're some exhibition for the workers to comment on and nosy around. And one of the two times I went there one of ladies commented on the girl that was injecting me and said how messy her station was and how could she work that way, very unprofessional and uncomfortable for multiple people to keep coming in and out of the room with no privacy or able to communicate better with the person doing your work and it also distracts them.

Also the payment processor asks for a tip/ tip percentage once you pay; which I have never seen before and I have been to two other locations in other cities and states and they never asked for tips for this kind of service, it's uncomfortable.

I have now found another place I like better, more modern, and a more youthful feel, and they close the door during the procedure, other people don't walk in at all during the appointment and they don't ask for tips once you pay (all of what I am used to in the other locations I have stayed in, but went to this place because I moved states). Anyway this review may get a response to which at this point won't make a difference to me because I already went twice to this place and was not satisfied in the service/ results, communication, and environment.

Also the first I went to this place another person that injected me was on the phone with her ride who they kept telling each other back and forth that she was still working and to wait for her.... again uncomfortable and unprofessional and yes those other ladies kept popping in and out of the room like I was some exhibit or something for them to critique. No thanks.......

I love One Aesthetics and always have an A+ experience here. Dr Pierone and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel immediately comfortable and right at home.

Amie reached out to me before my very first appointment to make sure that any questions or concerns I might have about my upcoming treatment were addressed. She was so friendly and helpful.

Before seeing Dr. P. I had been to a couple of doctors for fillers but was frustrated by how quickly my body metabolizes most of them. I was spending a lot of money every few months filling and re-filling my nasolabial folds and cheeks. Nothing seemed to last.

After doing some research, I discovered Bellafill and Dr Pierone. He is the best Bellafill injector in the world so I decided to stop messing around and go see the best.

My appointments with him are unlike any other I've experienced. He asks me what bothers me and then with his experienced eye explains what he sees and what he is able to do to improve my overall appearance. I was amazed as what he explained was far more than I had ever thought possible. After my first appointment he handed me the mirror and I began to cry. I was just that blown away by the transformation. No previous filler or plastic surgeon had ever brought about a transformation quite like that!

More recently Dr. P. has been using PDO threads to narrow the bridge and lower portion of my nose. I told him I was considering a nose job, as I felt my nose was a bit broad for my liking. He said we could try the PDO threads first since they are less expensive and less invasive. The change I was seeking was slight and the threads did the trick! I was delighted and even noticed I could breathe better merely due to him placing two PDO threads that day. My mind was blown.

I'll never let another doctor touch my face. I fly a few hours to see Dr. Pierone and he is unquestionably worth it. His conservative approach has provided me natural yet dramatically improved results that I am truly over the moon about. I'm so thankful for him, Amie, Dana and everyone at One Aesthetics.

And yes, so far the Bellafill is actually holding up for me! Which is a huge relief. I no longer feel like I am flushing money down the toilet lol.

Update: I just wanted to add I had a Clear + Brilliant laser treatment with Becky Carraway and it was fantastic! Becky is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. She really takes her time and focuses on your “problem areas.” She’s not just going through the motions—she really wants to give you the best...

I had Juveau done by Sherrine in May/2022 and I loved it! November/2023 I went back for seconds. I had nothing but pain and regret. At scheduling the appointment I was told that I had to apply for credit (I wanted a COD, but I ran with it). I was wondering if I needed a facial, botox, filler, PDO (...), I booked a consultation - I had a major life event coming soon in December. When I got there and I asked the very first question about PDO, she said it would be very expensive to wich Mark (the British man) answered from the front desk "she has 6k in her credit". Why was he listening? Why was the door opened? Why was he yelling my privacy in front of other customers? She asked me nothing else, explained nothing else and began to work. She dried my tears several times and told me not to talk. She needed to hurry to catch her flight to Dubai. (How was that my problem?!) I just convinced myself that she knew what she was doing because my wrinkles were visible. I left the place disturbed, specially by feeling violated with a door opened and people in and out the whole time, plus Mark, at the end, asking me financial questions in front of strangers. It was over and I chose to be hopeful. For well over a month, all I had was a lot of pain and discomfort. My eyebrows (that only got a needle of botox) turned out good, but for $3800 and those unnumbered days of pain, I expected more. Everything else was worse. I now look like a dead frog. Never saw an improvement after these many days or that many weeks. When I questioned one of the ladies over there I was told that I never went back for the after pictures. How would pictures change anything is what she couldn't explain at that time. Today, looking at myself before pictures, I finally found the courage to write about it. Stay away from this place and as further as you can...
