First off, let me begin by saying that I usually love Qdoba. There is a location at my university, & that is always my first choice whenever eating on campus. However, the airport location is seriously lagging behind in regards to quality control. First off, they had a smaller menu than ordinary stores. This was understandable since it was at the airport. I ordered a burrito and all they have is the saddest looking flour tortillas that looked like they were pre-chewed by security. Next off, I ordered the brisket for my meat. However, they were out of that. Okay, I ordered the steak. But they were out of that too. For all my toppings, the line cooks usually struggle wrapping my burrito up. But this one just looked like a deflated and depressed balloon. I finally sat down to enjoy my food before the flight, but alas, I was meet with more disappointment. The open-bag of chips I leave above my fridge for 2 weeks, were more fresh than the ones I received. It was more comparable to very fresh cardboard. And even though I got all the sauces and veggies, the entire experience was still bland. I will continue going to Qdoba. However, I will not return to THIS one. Everyone is better off going to any of the other four places in the food court.

I'd like to give this place a big, fat zero stars but that isn't allowed. Hands down, the worst dining experience I've ever had and probably the dirtiest. Half the employees weren't wearing gloves, the grill had caked on charred grossness, and the service was slow when there was NO LINE. There were two employees talking in the back by the grill and when another employee asked for help, they disappeared into the kitchen/back area behind closed doors. Once I FINALLY got to order my food, half of the options for burrito bowls were empty and the employees didn't seem to be bringing new ones out any time soon. Once rung up, I asked for a side of chips and guacamole and the employee ringing me out grabbed both WITHOUT gloves after just touching my card and the register. I was asked if I wanted a bag for all my food items and when I declined, the employee forgot to give me my burrito bowl and I had to wait another five minutes for him to be done with the next customer to get it. I definitely won't be going to this location ever again.

Chicken Adobo. Wow! Best Mexican food I have tasted in 25 years. My first best experience was a sit down restaurant on the south side of Milwaukee. I never eat at fast food ethnic inspired restaurants. This is my first time eating at Qdoba. Whoever is the cook at this Qdoba in the Orlando airport, knows exactly what they are doing. So flavorful. Food is not overpriced. Portions are big. Enough for 2. Every single worker (5 total) that I encountered was pleasant, attentive, friendly, respectful. Could not ask for better service and food. And they were all great at multi-tasking. They were taking care of three separate parties at the same time, without missing a beat. And without ignoring anyone. I only have one big regret.....I did not tip, as I don't know when fast food restaurants started taking tips. And I didn't have cash to go back and tip. To all the staff, please know that you are greatly appreciated. 🙏 🫠🥰 (pictures show less food only because I asked for less) 4:30 Tuesday June 27 '23

The cashier is rude. Upon payment, when the device asked me for “tips” it took me a bit longer to find the “no tip” because the options are 15% to 25 %, so i looked for the zero tip. (Of this note, i am more than happy to give a good tip as long as the customer service spirit is there, but on this place, there is none. So i looked for zero)

Then the cashier lady was like commented “oh my god” in annoyance, grunted and sighed as if it was the hardest experience in her life. I tried my best to ignore this as I had a fun trip in Orlando, however I just kept it in the back of my mind. She is the very short haired lady, did not smile, did not say hi or anything. She also exudes an very displeased demeanor which actually contaminates the atmosphere and the customer satisfaction in my honest opinion.

I then proceded to ask for a utensil. She was quite annoyed to give the response, lacking respect and showing and outwardly expressing the idea that “she does not want to be there”… mind you, it was not even busy at all.. there were only i think 3 people behind me, (not sure how busy it gets) .. her grunts and sighs has contributed to my overall experience..

Upon finishing the transaction, she just reluctantly handed me the reciept ( because the survey is there.. )

I then grabbed my reciept…

To my surprise she then again commented “that is rude”.. and i reponded, “its okay, you are rude too.. “ she kept repeating this to me and i repeated it to her… even though there were customers behind me, as if i did something bad, i almost felt that I was being harrased by this lady, and mind you, she works as a cashier, i am simply just one of the customer who wanted to try Qdoba, and this is my first time..

i felt bad for giving a survey because the food is actually “okay”. But her attitude towards me made the food taste worse.. I am not even sure why she wanted to work as a cashier…I was so bothered by this encounter because i do not know her, and she just acted like that towards me, a customer who is just passing by. And this is my first encounter? I feel bad ending my vaction to Florida in such a petty but displeasurable way..

I feel better reading that i was not the only one who had this experience in this specific branch of Qdoba.. well here is my name and email. I would be more than happy to provide more details regarding this encounter if needed.

Thanks...

I chose this restaurant out of four options at the Orlando airport. When I got to the counter, I saw that the veggies were out. I asked about the variations in the rice and asked to taste the two proteins. I let the young woman serving me behind the counter, who I later found out was the manager, know that I had no problem waiting for vegetables to be cooked. She informed me it would take about 15 minutes. From the start I felt she was very rude towards me. I chalked it up to having a bad day, or that was just her personality. While I waited for the vegetables to be cooked I observed her serve two or three other people. She was much friendlier and used the word sir and ma'am when addressing them. Once the vegetables were cooked I approached the counter again, and once again received the cold, rude service from her. As I move down the line the young man who had observed me waiting offered an apology and told me he was sorry for my wait. This further gave me the feeling that this young woman was being rude toward me specifically, and for what reason I do not know. Frustrated, I called her over to let her know I was displeased with how I've been treated. She was very rude again and did not apologize for her behavior. Instead she told me rather coldly that she had informed me that the vegetables would be 15 minutes, again not offering an apology for not having them ready to go or apologizing for my wait as her employee had done before her. I walked away wishing I had not spent my money in a restaurant with an employee that treated me do rudely, and had it not been for the fact that my flight was about to leave, I would have left my food...

All staff pretty rude, one member staff in particular was very rude. She is an older woman with long black hair. I have never visited QDOBA before and therefore did not know what you offered as part of the bowl I ordered. When I got my bowl (with rice and brisket of the first man whose customer service was average at best), it was chucked down to this woman who did not speak just starred at me. After about 15 seconds she then just gestured at all of the sauces, salads and toppings. I then said what is there to get? And she responded with ‘do you want everything?’. Obviously not even knowing what sauces were available I did not want everything. I then had to ask for salsa which she just threw any random one on- didn’t ask which salsa I would like or inform me of my options. She then slapped all the toppings on a flung my bowl onto the next lady. Her customer service skills were slightly better, I ordered a Diet Coke and a regular coke and when I asked which is which she just said she didn’t know and that was that. Absolutely awful experience for my first time somewhere. I suggest you give your staff some customer service training. It’s a shame because the food was actually pretty good. However one very rude staff member and lots of grunts and sighs from all staff members even when serving other customers is not something I want to...
