Orlando Transportation — Local services in Orlando

I was looking for an airport transfer from Port Canaveral to the Orlando Airport on April 22, 2023, which is approximately a 45 minute ride. We were coming off of a Carnival Cruise and we had an early flight (11:15 a.m.) to catch. I searched online for an airport transfer. We couldn't use the airport transfer service through Carnival, as our flight was too early. I looked into the "GoPort" airport shuttle bus. At first, it seemed the most economical and logical option, however; they have to fill their shuttle before departing for MCO. When contacting GoPort, they couldn't give me an idea of how long it would take to fill the bus and with our limited time, I didn't want to chance it. I decided to go with a private shuttle. I looked online and booked with ATC initially. When I called the company to verify they could offer the service, the person that answered the phone said, "hello." I wasn't sure that I called a legitimate company, but he assured me on the phone that they could perform the service, so I booked a "ride" on their online platform. I did not receive any email confirmation of our booking. When I called to confirm they received my booking, there was no answer. I cancelled the service, for which they were quick to respond for the cancellation. It was then I contacted Orlando Transportation, based on the positive reviews. They were a tad bit higher in price, than other transportation services, but I didn't want to risk missing our flight. Sasha responded within minutes of my booking and was very responsive. He gave me directions of what I needed to do for express debarkation. The day before we were to arrive back in port, he texted me confirmation. I was happy to receive the text, as we were on the ship's WiFi. That morning, I texted him with our debarkation status, and when we finally came out, he was in the parking lot waiting for us. His van was immaculate and fit our family: 8 adults and my 20 month old granddaughter and all of our luggage. He even brought a carseat for her. First we landed in Orlando and go to the shuttle pick up area in the B side of the airport we look all over not there. Then we call and he tell us to go to the A side (which is not easy task) dragging our luggage get there and guess what?1? not there either!!! After a few phone calls a driver calls and meets us wandering throu the crowd. We got to the ship about 50 minutes later than we wanted but made it. Coming home we depart the ship at 9 oclock we have a 930 pick up my husband and I walk and ask EVERY shuttle driver there that wasnt clearly marked if they were orlando tranportation.No -No havent seen them from other drivers. I call for the first time at 9:32 NO ANSWER! Call back a few minutes later and he tells me oh he left you WHAT! I have my phone and there is almost no way he could have been there. A driver will be there soon it is now 10:00 driver calls and say I will be there at 10:40 I am the 11:00 driver. I explained I have a 1:00 flight in Orlando (there is a 50 minute drive between. He says well call me if you have another ride!!! I find another driver going to the airport and when I told my story they said not surprised! I called the company from my new shuttle ride and said I want a refund to which he yells at me and says its is my fault! EXTREMLY RUDE! This was one of my best traveling experiences. Sasha is not only a very honest businessman but also fun person to talk to during the trip. First, our trip was supposed to be around September this year, however, due to hurricane Irma, our cruise had to be canceled. Sasha quickly credited back us our money and set it up very fast when our trip was rescheduled (vs. in the past, I had some bad experience with other traveling services which only credit back partially or would put a expiration date on that credit). When we arrived to MCO from LAX, he warmly greeted us at the baggage claim area and help us out with luggages. He was very friendly which made our traveling time in the traffic went by very fast. Excellent care on the car and cleanliness of the car is definitely 5 stars. During the car trip, he would constantly made sure the inside car temperature is not too cold or too hot for my little girls. He paid attention at very little details.

During our stay at Orlando, we had different itineraries with him, meaning we had different stops either at the Disney Epcot center, Port Canaveral, hotel and airport pickup. Each time, he would showed up promptly also made sure our next destination was perfectly setup. People would understand traveling with little kids can be very stressful especially during holiday seasons. Sasha definitely made our trip stress free since we were traveling with 3 little girls.
