This is the Taco Bell that visit every day on my way home from work. However, just yesterday I had the most unpleasant experience. An employee by the name of "Lauren" was extremely rude and disrespectful to me.
I came in that day, i ordered my food, my friend and i sat down to wait. My food was prepared and upon the first bite, i knew my food was not prepared to what i believe is Taco Bell's standard. I then went on to bring this to the attention of the manager on duty, Lauren. To which her response was, "dont drive me crazy". I was shocked to hear that from an employee, even more shocked to hear it coming from a manager. The part of the staff that is supposed to lead by example by providing modeled customer service. I would know, i have worked customer service for the past 5yrs.
I then returned to my seat to wait for my food to be prepared a second time. Approximately 15mins went by, my food that i had waited so patiently for was finally done. As soon as i went to take my first bite, the manager Lauren physically approached me and begin to rudely inform me about their policy for me to leave at 10:15p. I had never felt so disrespected in my life. First my order was poorly prepared, you took forever to remake it, and then you approach me to kick me out before i can finish my food that i had to wait additional time for...
I will never eat at Taco Bell again if this is how they train their employees. Sad thing is Lauren she is a manager. Which makes me wonder what the standard is for a manager at this establishment. All i saw was an employee that does not care about the customer and a manager showing other employees that it is ok to...

I went to this Taco Bell today, March 4, 2019 at around 5:30pm. The service was EVEN slower than it is every day. It was that slow that all of us that were at the drive thru had to wait a total of 25 minutes to get our food, which is unacceptable and disrespectful since you are at a FAST Food restaurant. When it was my turn at the window, obviously I asked to have the meal for FREE since they failed at the service, to what the whole crew said NO. Even the manager when he finally decides to show his face, he was as rude and as unprofessional as his entire crew and denied to give the meal FOR FREE since in their very professional minds they weren't doing anything wrong. The person who is reading this comment, I got to say, unless you don't mind rude, unprofessional and disrespectful service I invite you to buy food at this place. One thing I know, the trash will always be were it belongs. The owner should be very ashamed of the mediocre business he's got. It is very unfortunate that I don't have the names of each one of them.
To the upper level management: Don't hire people just to make money, learn to do a better hiring process so that you actually hire professionals. Being professional IS actually very relevant, but of course when you are not able to hire professional candidates is because your not a professional yourself. Customer satisfaction comes first, remember that is from where your money comes from. And make sure your crew is working faster, people are not going to a SLOW FOOD, they are going to...
Read moreTo get straight to the point; the manager working at 5:50pm today (August 14, 2022) is giving the restaurant a bad name. I ordered a few items earlier today at 5:07pm. When I got home, I realized that there were a few mistakes on the order. One item was missing and two of the tacos I ordered had meat instead of the beans I requested. I returned to the Taco Bell at 5:50pm with my receipt and the two tacos that had meat. I explained to the manager what had happened and I was immediately responded with discourtesy. Strange because I was being mannerly the whole time.
The manager impolitely explained that I could exchange the items with meat but would not be able to get the missing item because he was not on shift at the time of the original order.
To make this long story short, after going back and fourth about the $4 item, I ended up not getting anything and leaving dissatisfied with the service. I hate dealing with rude people.
I later called to get the managers name to leave a complaint but was hung up on by the manager. I called back and said that it’s okay because I know the time that he was working and I would make my complaint using the time of his shift. Due to my statement about knowing his work time he claimed that I was threatening him and would have my phone number reported. Ridiculous. I was hung up on again by the way.
Anyways, this is my complaint. Conclusion: Restaurants should avoid using someone like that to represent...
