Come here often but today was enough to make me complain. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my meal. I was only given half my order and knew it since they passed me the bag it was visibly noticeable. I parked and went inside once I checked the bag and confirmed the mess. Not only was I missing half my entire order but the inside of my bag and other wrapped food items were covered in nacho cheese sauce because they didn’t close the container correctly, and 5 loose chips at the bottom of the bag. When I went inside I asked for my receipt so I can show them what i was missing from my order. Apparently their printer was broken yet they still had some tickets printed out on the counter next to it. Which is absolutely ridiculous. She then checked my order on the screen and I confirmed I was missing half of the items I had ordered and told me she would get them for me right away. 5 minutes went by and another employee came to ask me what I was missing from my order, I told him. Another five minutes and another employee comes asking me for the third time what I was missing from my order. Ridiculous service and lack of communication between workers. I was waiting for my meal when just another employee came to ask me what I was missing and I was ready to ask for my money back on my whole order. An employee for the next shift came in and was clocking in on the register as I hear her telling her co-worker about how the rain today was making her stressed and inconvenience at her home and that “No one better try me at work today cause i’m not having it” Is the worst kind of attitude to come to work with as I am having an issue with my order. When I came to this taco bell to order my meal it was not busy inside the dining area NOR the drive-thru so this is just lack of effort on behalf of the employees to check if all the items on people’s orders have been given. More often than not the cinnamon twists taste like chemicals because they're using dirty oil that should have been changed. They almost never cook chalupa shells anymore, so they're pale and chewy instead of somewhat toasted and crunchy. During my last drive thru trip they started spraying cleaner next to the drink machine while my drink was still pouring. It's a shame because this location used to be the best in the area for many, many years. Their hiring standards have lowered so much that management couldn't care less if they're not representing the brand well anymore. Does nobody remember how consistently good the food used to be not too long ago? Read moreI've gone to this taco bell a lot. I ate there almost every day for a year back in 2018, and recently started to come back to this location since moving back to the area. Today, however, I was met with probably the worst service I've gotten. After I ordered from the kiosk, I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes. Every employee treated me like I didn't exist and I didn't want to speak up and seem impatient. Three employees walked past me and didn't even acknowledge me or ask me if I ordered or haven't ordered. I've never had this happen to me at the other taco bells I've been to, and it really makes the walk I do just to come to this location not even worth it.
