me and my husband are always a at dunkin, but everytime we come to this one something is always wrong. are food is burnt we try and try to come back and hope it’s better but it is not we even tried it lightly toasted as well as not toasted. they have gave us stale donuts took one bite and through it away they tasted like 2 days old, we would come and get just jelly munchkins sometimes and one day they had powered sugar on them instead of the normal sugar so we asked if something changed and the girl working was very rude and told us no this is how they always come, then 2 days later they were back to normal and the same girl very rudely told us we were wrong and they never have came with powered sugar, everytime we come the donuts/munchkins are always “not done” or are “just getting made”. the customer service is very poor the employees are upsettingly rude and unprofessional. we love dunkin’ donuts but this one is just not the one to come to. there are good employees there, just too many bad apples! will not get our...
Read moreWe are from NC traveling from visiting my husband's mother in Orlando. We got 2 Charlie's and 2 heart shaped donuts , chocolate cream and apple crumble. Everything was amazing. Forgot to grab our little maltipoo a pup cup and drove around to the drive thru to grab it. The woman was so sweet and what was supposed to be $1 cup was only .32 !! Thank you Jennifer (?) Not only were you super friendly and customer service oriented, you also apparently get to do all of the work as well, considering while I was waiting 4 of your employees decided to bail on you when there was still work to be done. You are an angel and we appreciate the experience we had because of your hard work and dedication. Read moreYou have to use the credit card kiosk to place your order. As I'm putting my order together two people went around me and paid cash. Although I was there first, I was served last and the donuts I ordered went to the person who cut in front of me because there were only two of the ones left that I ordered first. The system is unfair. Oh and because the donuts I wanted was not in the system I had to wait for the employee to finish with the two people who cut in front of me before he could help me on the order screen.
Terrible experience..
One more thing, after all of that waiting they forgot my latte' and I had to wait, again, for them to make my drink.
Can someone explain to me why a credit card customer can't order from the counter?
This is a broken policy and fails miserably in customer...
