Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

Today is April 13, 2025. I went into Jersey Mike’s as I have always done have only had a problem with one young man .. Every time that this young man makes the steak and cheese on the hot Grill or even a sandwich in general is a very doesn’t care attitude of how he makes the food.. I went in and bought a giant steak and cheese number 17 and I will post the photos of how the sandwich look when I got at home . so I suggest you checking your sandwiches. If this one young man makes them I will be notifying the manager at that store. This is not the first time it has happened with the same young man . I work in the service industry, Also, if you do not want to be there and do your job correctly, then don’t come to work ! obviously this young man cannot do the job correctly Or just don’t care .. This was the worst that I have seen the giant steak and cheese was not put on evenly. 1/2 of the sandwich only had bread all of the meat and the toppings were on the other half pretty much and when I unrolled it half the meat was falling out of the other side with nothing on the other side, plain bread I don’t know how to explain it more than that. This was the sloppiest work I have ever seen so again I suggest...

I have been eating at jersey, mike's for several years at all different locations, And i've never had a bad experience until now. My husband and I both ordered a sandwich and My bread was Is dry and hard. My husband was soft and fresh. So I went to the cashier. She was a female to let her know. And she was extremely rude and said that they had no control over the Bread sometimes it just comes out of the oven hard. She then said they will be able to make me another one But will have to wait till the lunch rush is over. Meanwhile, my husband was done eating his Sandwich so I just politely went up to her and said. When my Sandwich is ready, can you package it to go. She started going off on me saying that they will get the sandwich done when the rush is over. I wasn't asking her to rush I simply wanted her to package it to go. Finally, the sandwich was ready and she just threw it on the counter with no bag to go. When I got it home and opened it up. It was a dry Sandwich with just meet. I asked for it mike's way and I was very disappointed. I will never return to this location in...

During our recent travels the last week of September we walked in to our favorite sandwich shop. We both had the Jersey Shore's Favorite which consists of provolone cheese, ham and cappacuolo, and of course we always ask for it Mike's Way. I had a mini sub and my husband had a regular.

We have been to many, many Jersey Mike’s Subs locations and they have been great. We love their subs, they are always a great choice for a healthy meal for us as opposed to a greasy burger at the typical fast food chain restaurant. Unfortunately, this place missed the mark they skimped on the meats! 😞 Upon reading other customers negative reviews it confirms that quality control is the common factor for this location. The amount of meats we got does not reflect the $20.00 price tag for a mini sub and a regular sub!! 😡

Attention Store #13049 Managers stop being so cheap by skimping on the meats you’re giving Jersey Mike’s Subs a bad name!
