Prior to the plandemic I had been to eat only a few times. I tried the chili 3 ways. The taste of the chili and spaghetti tasted watery as if the spaghetti was left setting in water all day. I complained but it was as kid they really didn't care what I thought. Then I went in for the sausage and gravy. The waitress had a bit of an attitude and didn't get my order correct. I had ordered a full order and a sausage and egg muffin without cheese. I was brought a half order and sandwich with cheese. When I mentioned the error to the waitress she didn't apologize for her mistake. The next time I tried to order the same thing and told the waitress...see if you can get it right this time. He attitude kicked in so I got the manager involved. She said t was hard to gett good help. When the plandemic happened I wanted and ordered a large chocolate malted with no whipped cream in the drive through. By the time I got my order there was whipped cream on it and it was half melted due to long lines. I called the manager and she offered a free malted. I went in at a later time and ordered to go and had to remind them no whipped cream. Today I went in to order a malted again I was met with rudeness due to someone forgot to lock the doors. They .."didn't want anyone inside due to covid". When I receive it again there was whipped cream on it. I told them I had ordered it without but they continued complaining about me being inside. They did offer to "scrap it off" but that would leave residual left on it...I am allergic to their whipped cream.. By that time I was beyond mad and as I walked out I threw the malted across the parking lot. I call later and the manager continued to harp on the fact that I had gotten into the build claiming there was a sign on the door. I remember seeing a copy of a faded long letter on the door. But it was so wordy and faded it was impossible to read. I've heard that they are having problems and may be closing all locations. I'll do my part in hoping they do. I...
Read moreWaited way too long for service considering how few customers there were. Then had to ask for my salad. Then after getting it I had to ask for something to eat my salad with, as I don't bring my own silver ware when going to a restaurant, mainly because it's a common thing that they provide it. While placing my order the waitress proceeded to tell me how bad she was feeling and that she was "sick". Could have really done without that tidbit, although I did hate she was ill, and wished her well. Once I got my food, nobody ever came back to my table. I would really have liked more than 1 napkin and more water, but oh well. So I finished and waited a good amount of time for my check and milk shake (I did request my shake to be towards the end of my meal) but didn't know I would have to go up to the register and request it. Which she told me just to let her know when I was ready. (seriously, was I supposed to call, or what?). So with all that I wasn't pleased, but paid and waited for my shake and just got it to go (as I just wanted out of there). I took it and proceeded to leave without saying anything nor making any unnecessary comments. You know just be peaceful and go on your way. It's not a big deal. BUT, the little cocky waitress who obviously knew I was upset, frustrated, aggravated whatever just could not be a professional, nor a mature adult. She waited and watched until I got to the door, and, just had to say very loud and boisterous..."HAVE A GREAT EVENING"......and Management observed it all...How petty, and Childish...Seriously, nothing needed to be said by her. Although if she felt a need to say something. Why not..sorry you had to wait...be careful...hope your evening goes better...something appropriate....Some people when they screw up just really need to try to turn it around...It didn't work, and I'm laughing, and most likely she is still a miserable waitress....
Read moreWe decided to have a quick bite to eat here. The food was excellent but the cleanliness of the joint is less to be desired. You know how people nitpick small things? I try not to be like that in my reviews. Here’s an entire list that may just gross you out.
-There was a pair of used gloves that came from the kitchen lying on the floor near our table. No one picked them up. They were SO obviously in the middle of the floor. I was going to do it, but I mean come on. I didn’t come in here to clean. -The floors were covered in food crumbs. -The booths were covered in crumbs. -Smushed French fries tickled my feet underneath the table, I legitimately thought they were bugs. -The wait staff and kitchen staff cussed loudly. I know we’re their age, but regardless it’s supposed to be a professional environment. Hearing in depth “personal” stories while I’m eating my food is not pleasing. -Wait staff was decent, but during their down time they only talked to the kitchen staff. The gloves remained on the floor. It would have taken two seconds to pick up such an obvious thing. -I could see the kitchen from where I was sitting. Buns were stored directly underneath the cooktop. Cooktop looked to be not cleaned and the condensation from the cooktop showed through the bag. I wonder how many buns grow mold on them?
Now, I’ve worked in the food service industry and this was just revolting. We usually do drive thru here, but damn. The lack of care is shown through how disgusting the place is. I get it maybe there’s low pay and it gives no one any motivation to strive to maintain a clean standard. I understand work needs to be “fun” to get through the days of a demanding industry, but these are minor fixes and it pissed me off. Regardless of what it is, it’s a job. There’s standards set into place to maintain the health and safety of customers and also the staff. Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor....
