ZERO STARS (but to submit you have to give at least one) This was absolutely the worst customer service I have had. We were cut short by the drive thru person trying to order, we had to say we still need to order more (you could hear in her voice the annoyance). They gave no receipt. We always check our food to make sure it is correct, and they gave us 3 nacho chicken sandwiches when we asked for the nacho burgers, she was very rude is saying well I asked you if you wanted spicy or original (We assumed it was for the cheese) as we said burgers not sandwiches. she took the food back and told us to move forward, we assumed to fix. She came out with out the food, to confront us telling us how we didn't order it, and continue to argue (when a simple, let me fix it for you as there was a misunderstanding). a few minutes late a gentleman came out with what we assumed was the burgers, to find out it was still the same chicken sandwiches. We asked for a manager, which we were told she would not come out (she is pregnant and it was dark outside, i get it). I went in and I was met with an I don't care, and you are inconveniencing me attitude from the manager. I explained the burger mishap, and she said there is a price difference. I was ready to pay, but the burgers were less than the chicken, but she made a show on how she had to void and refund and then remake. I am pretty sure she made the burgers as slow and as bad as she could, after I received them I asked her why I was made to wait for the same thing the first time, and not asked to come in because of a price difference, her response was, I don't know, I was making food. The manager has no clue and doesn't care what is going on in her store. Only one who at least tried was the boy working on the shift. I get they were short staffed, that the manager is pregnant, and that is was 7:30 pm at night, that still doesn't excuse the lack of customer service. This could have all been avoided if she would have asked us spicy or Original chicken. Or if she said those meals are confusing, there is actually a price difference, let me fix that. Read morePulled up to drive thru and asked for all food to be made fresh "cooked to order" to be exact. My husband and I ordered a #6 and #12. We pulled up to window and sat at the window for about 5 minutes give or take. An associate finally came to window to hand us our drinks, then told us to pull up and they would bring our food out to us. We sat there for a few more moments and the same associate came out and handed us the food and took off back un the store with out saying anything (not a thank you or anything). So we opened our bags and our fries were cold and rubbery and our sandwiches felt like they were sitting out for a while. I went back in to ask for the associates to remake food. One female associate grabbed my fries and said it will be a wait. I asked for my refund instead and the manager was called. The manager came up and offered to remake food several times and I kept refusing because I was too frustrated at this point. Manager asked me to give her my form of payment and receipt. I gave her my card and told her they never gave me my receipt. She went to the back to process my refund and mistakenly recharged my card for when trying to refund. She told me that she refunded the money twice back to my card. She then kept asking if she could make my food for me and I gave in and said yes. She told me to wait in car and she would bring it out to me. She came out with my food and she said she stuck some nuggets in nag for inconvenience and apologized. Then we go to reach in bag and the fries are hot and fresh. Great!. But then I reach for the free nuggets and they were cold and my sandwich was hot, but not cooked in the middle. This was the worst experience ever. I left there and went to Chik Fil A where my food is made hot and fresh without me having to ask for it to be that way and done right the first time. Read moreTwo weeks ago I went to the drive threw window at this location , the girl was rude to my dog in the car, she said I hate dogs and gave my dog a look like she was going to kill her. She only weights 4 pounds, no threat to anyone. She mumbled something about killing her if she snapped at her.I had my dog holding her far away.Today they were all unfriendly again and one of them put something in my drink, I seen it !!! I asked for ketchup, was only given one pack for a large order of French fry ? Is there a shortage on ketchup ? Most places give 3 or 4 packs. And the food tasted horrible. I had to throw the 12.dollar order in the trash.The sauce was really bad tasting, the meat full of gristle and rubbery. I was nothing but kind and said please and thank you. I have always been kind here. I have never ever done anything rude to a soul in that place. I even apologized that my dog barks.Every employee that I seen was African American and I felt reverse discrimination here and picked up on lots of hate vibes. I am aware my ex puts the bad mouth on me and spreads horrible lies about me. I was told he pays people to put a clear liquid into my drinks at fast food places he knows I go to. But anyone who would stoop so low to purposely make another person sick or put something in someone's drink should go to jail.I am having that drink tested.
