Freddy’s used to be one of my favorites. I would have never thought twice about not giving them 5 stars. If you haven’t noticed, they recently jacked up their prices and a Freddy’s double cheeseburger combo is now like $10 (used to be like $8-8.50). I understand that many restaurants had to raise prices to stay afloat during the pandemic, but the disappointing thing that really caught my attention the last two times I ate at this location is how they give you such an incredibly small amount of French fries. The Freddy’s locations in the town I lived in before moving here always gave you a good pile of fries. I can live with the price increases, if you get good food and a decent portion, but I’m not paying $10 to get ripped off on fries (which are probably the most inexpensive food item, especially the thin shoestring ones). Freddy’s should take a fries lesson from 5 Guys, where you always get a massive portion of fries.

I'm getting older and the music is too loud. My biggest issue has always been the service. Most days, it is pretty bad the counter people are rude and very condescending. The cooks are not much better. Heaven forbid you have an issue (like burnt food) and ask to speak to a manager. They have to come out of the office and do something. He was not friendly or polite. The funny part was that both he and the cook acted like I burnt the burger. When it was done, the counter tossed it at me. Stayed away for a while, but like I said, I really like the food. Read moreI was greeted by Manager Jacob via drive thru. Jacob was very rude and unpleasant while taking our order he sounded as if he was in a rush and didn't care for giving any type of customer service. Jacob failed to provide a good experience instead he chuckled and proceeded to make an excuse of it being a long day. It's so sad how one persons attitude and lack of empathy can ruin your experience with a restaurant known for good food and usually a good reputation in service. In addition to poor customer service our burgers were overly salted and the chili cheese fries had extra onions as if they were intentionally sabotaging our meal.
