It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Oro Valley

Update: They added the naked wings back and have been better. I wouldn't have bothered to update but last week a delivery service driver only grabbed one out of my two bags and because I ordered from that service there was really no way to complain. I called and got a manager who refunded that part of the order and I reorded it. Yes I paid more but that wasn't their fault and the manager was really kind.

They were fantastic until I went to order and they removed the plain option (naked), so I figured I'd put in order comments, but they don't allow them. Totally ruined and I ordered from them...

My server was fantastic, had an issue with the food. He couldn't have apologized more than enough and did everything he could to try to take care of the situation. Manager did remake all of our food. We eat in there many times before always good service. Always good food. Just this time for whatever reason my food was ice cold but they didn't take care of it. So I don't have any complaints. Charles was my server. Took really great care of us. Nothing was his problem. He really did all that he could can't say enough. Good...
