This is one of the worst taco bells I've ever been to. Almost every time we go, they completely slop all the food together and they almost always get something wrong or forget to give us something. Every single time, the mexican pizzas are the sloppiest-made thing I've ever seen. The last time we went was the worst. We had to correct the girl several times and she STILL got a few things wrong AND forgot to give us HALF of our order. She also asked us after EVERY item if "that was all?", starting after the FIRST item, which is very annoying and seems rushed and impatient. (Plus, one of the bean & cheese burritos only had about one spoonful of something that vaguely resembled dried up beans in the middle, and no cheese or red sauce.) So we had to go back and fortunately, we got the manager that time, and he was very apologetic and gave us several coupons for free tacos, so that helped, but I'm seriously considering not going to this location anymore, even though it's the closest one.

I am visiting from Phoenix came in and I did not get greeted by the cashier name Vanessa older lady. She was folding napkins the whole time and said to me to use the kiosk and I asked her a few questions and she was being difficult she really was pushing me to use the kiosk I didn’t want to because I am not good with technology plus I was paying park cash part card also I wanted to modify some food. By the time all this happened she could off took my order and got this done with. I asked her can u please help me o need help can I just order at register she had a an attitude. I took my food to go because I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in there. She needs to learn how to go above and beyond for a customer especially when they had no lines or no one there could Of dropped folding her paper towels and helped me out. I will never come at this location again.

I frequent this Taco Bell and though mistakes happen quite often I tend to overlook them. This time though I have to call it out. How do you serve tacos with no lettuce? It's not just that the tacos didn't have lettuce, but the lack of transparency that they ran out of lettuce before I ordered tacos for my entire family is what gets me. The fail of this experience doesn't end there though. After feeling forced to eat my sad, forsaken, lettuce free tacos I go to take a nice swig of my delicious Mountain Dew only to find that I was given a diet Mountain Dew. This is when a bad experience became an atrocity. This was by far the most tasteless waste of time money and energy I have experienced yet at this location. Now I'm forced to drive several miles to a different Taco Bell just to avoid the continued failures here.

The day crews are good at what they do. They give you whay you order. EVERYTHING. The night crew on the other hand literally forgets multiple things with a minimum of 1 item every single time we go. No Joke. They are always playing around or just leaning up against the drive thru window. No wonder they cant do their job right. They have gotten to know us because we are those "annoying" customers who come back every time something we paid for is missing. Tonight, the guy taking our order cut us off after every item saying our total even though we said we had more. He was trying to rush us out of there. They also forgot 1 item (SHOCKER) and when we got up to the window they knew exactly what it was and said " just 1 yea we thought so." They thought so. Not to mention I ordered 3 nacho fries and they were still partially frozen. And my 5 cheese cups (paid for 2 extra) were all less than half full and each had an extra cup under it. What a waste of product. We would stop going all together if there was another TB closer to where we live but I'm not driving further down late at night when we already drive 20minutes to this one. They seriously need a new staff. I love Taco Bell so much and so do my kids but this has...

Update 6-22-23 Everything this evening was well prepared with a single exception and I place this first here to give everyone a head's up: If you want something fried, go somewhere else. The odor and flavor are definitely not fresh. Sorry. •••••••••• Though my faves have disappeared from the menu I was happy to discover the original tacos brilliantly prepared, staff positive and line moving snappily along. Olé!

What a difference a year can make. The above was late 2020. Tonight we arrived home missing part of the order and two items were incorrectly made. With current pricing it stings the sense of fairness all the more.

In keeping with that theme, the tomatoes were perfectly delicious, lettuce and tortillas crisp, cheese and meat fresh and flavourful. They were very short-handed but positive. Taking everything into account they were open and tasting like they...
