Subway — Restaurant in Oro Valley

On Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 1:45 I waited in a long line for nearly 20 minutes and when I asked the worker for flat bread he just said, "we don't have any thawed." He didn't even let me know how long it would take to thaw it, so I left and called the subway farther from my home on La Canada and Lambert, they were very polite and said they have flat bread. I told them how bad the service was at the subway on 1st Avenue and they said it was under a different ownership than theirs because they would have notified the owner of this issue. At least now I know never to go there again even if it is close to my home and work. In fact my co workers had ordered from there recently and when my order was brought to our office (BLT on white) it had no bacon!! Hah! Even a 5 year old...

Very Disappointed and will never return to this subway again. I have been going almost daily to get my son an overpriced plain ham and cheese because he loved them. Not only do you pay full price with no extras added they charge me extra for the extra slice of cheese!! My son said the sandwich yesterday was gross and had a hair in it & that it didn’t taste right. I take it back today and the manager Chris was very rude and would not give me a fresh one. I have never heard of such thing. Worst customer service ever! Good Luck staying...

Great service, very clean. Can be busy during peak lunch or dinner hours as expected, but they do their best to get everyone served quickly and correctly with fresh reasonably priced great tasting food.
