Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade - Oro Valley — Restaurant in Oro Valley

Really like the food here, but the service is so painfully slow. Today was the third time I have waited 20 minutes or more for a single açai bowl. The first couple of times I thought it was just because they were busy, even though it didn’t really look like they were busy. Today we were first in the drive-through and there was no one in the store. Two other orders were filled and completed before my one açai bowl was made. I forgot to mention in my review… Wow wow is listed on the GetUpside rebate app. I asked for a printed receipt with my order which is the only way you can earn the rebate with the app…by uploading a photo of your receipt with all the proper information. However, when I asked your employees for a printed receipt, they give me a receipt that did not have all the pertinent information on it to earn the rebate. First wanted to start of by saying I've been in the food industry for 10 plus years and love checking new places out. When I was in town and wanted to treat my self to a good smoothie so I stopped at Wow Wow Lemonade. So I asked the young gentleman if there smoothies are sweet he said yes cause we use honey: so I ordered the Coconut PB&J and it was honestly the worst smoothie I have ever tasted :(. We visited Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade and had a good experience overall. The handcrafted beverages were refreshing and delicious, although they did fall on the more expensive side. However, I found the quality of the drinks justified the higher prices.

The parking was not bad, which made it convenient to visit, and the service was good. I went with my mom, and we both appreciated the friendly and efficient staff.

One thing to note is that there isn't a lot of seating space inside the restaurant. So we had no choice but to take our drinks home. Wish we can stay and relax for a bit.
