I was happy to receive treatment here. The owner and most of the employees provided excellent service. I have never been disappointed before. The prices are very reasonable. However, last time was the worst experience I ever had. The lady who did my nails was unprofessional. When the lady started doing my nails, I noticed that it was not what I wanted, so I asked her to reshape my nails and gave her simple instructions. However, she did not get it. She was very slow and technically not up to my standard. (I had had my nails done here before and never had such a disappointment) It was right before closing time, so she was in a hurry and accidentally nicked the skin on my thumb several times. It bled a little and turned red. I told her it hurt. But she just ignored me. Also, she looked like she was complaining in her language. I didn’t know what she said, but she was probably got mad wIth me because I asked her to fixed it several times. A few days later, my skin still hurts and gets red and puffed, and finally my thumb has turned into a pressure sore and the nail on my little finger is about to come off after only a week. I was disappointed because of her behavior and result was unprofessional. I understand that the quality management is difficult, but the owner should know about how customer feels like. In the past I absolutely loved going to this nail salon. But the last couple months I have not been so satisfied with how my nails have turned out. And after today have decided that I am going to look to go elsewhere. I went in about a month ago for a fill and color change and the paint didn’t even last 4 days before it started chipping. Today I went in for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure went well. But the full set took over an hour and a half and the quality was subpar. I asked for coffin shaped and most of my nails look square with the exception of about 3 of them. My cuticle was cut because they went over the same spot multiple times with the drill trying to shape the acrylic and it still doesn’t look smooth. And upon further inspection when I got home i realized that there is a significant size/length difference between the nails on my left hand compared to the nails on my right hand. And was charged 15 more dollars than usual when I got the same thing I’ve been getting for months. I will not...

I called for an appointment early in the morning, (9:01AM), and was given an appointment for 3:00PM. When I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, there was no record. However, they could accomodate me in "15 or 20 minutes". A chair opened up in 20 minutes, but the water was very, very hot. It was just too hot to put my feet in. So, I sat patiently while the water cooled. Finally the pedicurist arrived, and quickly started trimming my toenails. She seemed to be distracted and very much in a hurry. She was done with the pedicure and foot/leg message in 23, (twenty-three), minutes. The nails on both big toes are still ingrown, and I had to finish smoothing the raggedy edges after I got home.
