Our first visit to Noodleholics and first time dining out in Tucson. Though we’ve read that the city has many wonderful restaurants, we kept our expectations low because we’ve had too many experiences that did not live up to their reviews. Not the case here - the food was outstanding! I got the pork bbq and crispy pork meats with rice and bok choy. My husband ordered the noodle soup with mixed meat, shrimp and dumplings. We also had an appetizer of fried chicken wings and drumsticks. The meat was absolutely delicious, super succulent, so flavorful. My rice had a slight crisp to it, almost like on the edge of crispy rice. The soy sauce that was drizzled over the dish wasn’t enough for me, and the staff readily served up more sauce for dipping. Good thing because it paired very nicely with the delightful, tender dumplings my husband shared with me. Now that the staff knew we liked the sauces, they offered us sweet n sour with the chicken wings, which when paired with hot chili oil made for a great dipping sauce for wings. Homemade noodles were cooked to perfection, still chewy and so tasty. Portions were ample. We sat at a table outdoors with our dog. Seems most people do take-out here. We were the only patrons there on a Monday evening, but noticed a steady stream of folks picking up orders. We would definitely return to...

I’ve had it with the Oro Valley location of Noodleholics. This was not my first bad experience, but it will definitely be my last.
I specifically ordered rice noodles—not regular noodles—and once again, they got it completely wrong. I received regular noodles, no explanation, no correction, just a messed-up order I didn’t ask for. To top it off, a couple of items I paid for were completely missing.
But what really pushed it over the edge was the rude and dismissive attitude from the staff when I tried to address the issue. No apology, no attempt to fix it—just unprofessional, eye-rolling energy like I was the problem for expecting the order to be right. If your staff can't handle simple customer service or follow basic order details, why are they even there?
This location has consistently dropped the ball, and I’m done wasting money here. There are way too many other options in Oro Valley that actually value their customers and get the order right. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and...
Read moreTheOro Valley location is just OK, nothing fancy just more like a fast food place. Place is clean and prices are fair, nothing special. They will bring the food to your table once ready and clean the table once you are gone. They won't come to the table to ask if everything is OK etc, remember this is not a restaurant although some people might disagree, this is a fast food place. One thing I have to mention is that they will change 15% for a family or group of 6 or more and also ask for a tip. I was told it was a service fee is to clean the table once you are gone, which they have to do anyway. Don't get me wrong, I don't care if I have to leave a tip/service fee but you get no service just a charge. It seems like a punishment for bring more people, which means more business. Remember, less than 6 you won't get punished more than 6 you will even if you pay separate and don't seat together. If they see you together when you come in and are 6 or more they will chare you. I won't recommend the place because I believe there are better places in Tucson, I...
