Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Orrville

I ordered a six piece chicken strip basket with gravy, and a vanilla milkshake. I correctly received my items I drove the 5 minutes from Dairy Queen to work to eat it for lunch. I ate it as soon as I arrived, and I was incredibly disappointed. I used to love the chicken strip baskets, but this one I hated. Did you find this toast in the back of the storage closet, warmed it up in a microwave and put butter on it and send it on its way. Because that's what it tasted like and that's what it felt like and that's what it looked like. The chicken was disgusting, the breading was okay, but the chicken was disgusting it was dry as all get out, not even the gravy could save it. And don't even get me started on the onion rings, they were pretty much just an excess of breading with a hint of what may possibly have been an onion. The milkshake was just sad, did nothing for me. Eating Dairy Queen made my day even more miserable than it already was. I won't be back for...

Food: Moldy hot dog buns. Fries are never done. Allergy foods I request not to be put on... gets put on anyways. Blizzards are okay, but this town has better, more for an acceptable price. Ice cream cakes taste nothing like what is pictured.

Atmosphere: The diner alone is okay, but outdated. Ripped booths and chair cushions, cracked wood, narrow spaces.

Service: Apathetic, not a single smile (i get it, but yall are literally frowning and rolling your eyes at customers), and mumbling, so when I ask if the food is done, they just walk away as if they never heard me even though they gave one part of the meal in a to-go. Who does that? You're supposed to give it all in one go, not go "here's 1 bag. Now wait another 5 mins for the other bag, but im not going to tell you to wait 5 mins so i mislead you on your order."

Lesson learned to check the bag, but also not come here again. Glad orrville has so many other...

My wife and I refuse to come back anymore to this location or any DQ for anything but the ice cream and only because they have dairy free options.

Multiple times, practically every time we have gone to this location over the past couple months our orders have been made wrong. Items have been missing or we have been given the entirely wrong thing.

Today my wife paid for two kids meals and one for herself. One kids order was completely wrong and her food was completely left out. Because they've been combining items into the same bags, she didn't even notice until she got home. I understand that you're busy, but I've worked in fast food before and we got the food to customers faster, higher quality, and without so many mistakes. It's their job to get the food to their customers correctly and I'm sick of paying for such...
