If you actually want to get your food delivered then DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
On November 1st I placed an order online for delivery from Pizza Hut. The driver came and delivered my food according to the time frame they gave me online. Immediately after the driver left we realized that we didn't get the wings that we ordered with the rest of the food. I called the restaurant back immediately and told them that we didn't get our wings. They told me that they would send them out ASAP. No problem, people make mistakes.
An hour or so goes by and the driver doesn't show up. I call the restaurant again and they tell me that the driver forgot my address so he couldn't deliver my wings, and they didn't have my phone number to call me to get my address. Keep in mind that I placed the order online. They had my name, number and full address on their copy of the online order receipt. The restaurant gets my information and tells me that they will send the wings out again.
Another hour goes by and we still haven't got the wings. I decide that I have had enough of this so I get in my car and drive to the restaurant to get my wings. When I arrive one of the workers tells me that they don't have them ready for me and it will take 45 minutes to get them done (I ordered 18 wings) and if I want them delivered it will take them 85 minutes to bring them to me. I live less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant. We chose delivery that day because we were busy.
They end up offering a store credit of $15. I paid more than $15 for just the wings alone. I talk them into giving me the correct credit and they decide to give me a little extra for my trouble and I end up with $30 in credit. I leave the restaurant and head home, where I immediately contact corporate customer service to talk about this issue. Corporate tells me that it takes 6 minutes for the wings to go through their oven and season them. Corporate tells me that the regional manager will contact me within 1-3 business days to give me my money back and talk more about the experience. The regional manager never called.
Yesterday, on November 26th, I decided that I'd like to use that $30 credit to order a pizza for dinner. I called the restaurant to place an order and they told me that I only had $15 in credit. The person that answers the phone suddenly puts me on hold without telling me what was going on or that they were putting me on hold. I waited on hold for 8 minutes before I hung up the phone and called corporate again. The regional manager was supposed to call me back, again, and never called me back, again.
I posted this review online and received a call from the general manager of the restaurant. At this point it doesn't matter; I won't be ordering from...
   Read moreOkay so my girlfriend cousin had ordered 2 dinner boxes and a 16 piece traditional wing from Pizza Hut in Orville for the whole family. Not knowing at the time, I ate a wing, then will all noticed that HALF of the wings have been ate with nothing but the bone left.So we called Pizza Hut and told the manager the situation. She said they have a new worker that has been secretly eating the food and putting it back. Man what ?! They know that but still letting him work there? So we drove there and I nicely complained about the situation. So she gave us our money back, 2 dinner boxes, extra wings and coupons. I ain't worried about getting more food, why would I wanna eat that. If anything you better pay for my hospital bill to get my stomach pumped since I ate food that was already ate.
So then I asked the manager to get the guy that ate our food. She said she doesn't know which one it was. So I walked to the door of the kitchen and pointed out two guys I seen, and described what they look like. And asked which one it was. She said she didn't know. So I asked what his name was, she said didn't know. Okay now I'm not being nice no more. You're just acting dumb now. Then she had the audacity to tell us not to post a bad review or post anything on Facebook about this. Lmao, you're funny. I just ate food that has already been ate, and you don't want to give me any information about the guy who did this. So I asked for her name. Luckily she told me it I would of went off.
So we called the police and hey said there was nothin me they could do about it and to call the health department. They are closed right now so we have to wait till Tuesday to cal, but we left them a voicemail explaining the situation. All I know is, something better get done about this. This is foul asf !
We think the dude who done is named Kevin, since that was the name on the receipt. Plus the workers was talking about other stuff he has done similar to this, and mentioned his name. All I know is I'm not getting anything from this Pizza Hut again, and dude better get fired . This is a Heath code violation....

Waited in parking lot for order to be ready so I know they were not busy at all andnevert bit of food we ordered was very very undercooked. This seems to be an very frequent occurrence with them. 1 hours is more than adequate time on a very small order before closing. I understand wanting to get done fast so you can get out of work. But sending out complete orders of raw dough in your pizza, raw dough in the breadsticks, and completely raw pizone.. it's was obviously clear whoever made the order rushed the food as much as possible..I wouldn't give the bad review if this was a single instance but this has happened many many times. And EVERY SINGLE TIME It is in the last 2 hours of them closing. It's already bad enough nothingnin town is open past 9pm for dinner but than getting your food and being unable to eat is enough to make you loose it. Than on top of that. Last time it was delivered I tried calling them back to get my food fixed they still had 30 minutes until closing.. I called them 10 times back to back to back and NOONE WOULD Answer the Phone at all. Like they new why I was calling. And that's another issue with this pizza hut. This has happened several times 30 or 45 minutes until closing you can call them over and over and over and Noone will answer the phone. But if you order online it's fine. Like they purposely will not answer the phone because they are too damn lazy to actually do their jobs and spend 5 minutes throwing a pizza in the over. I suggest going...
