Subway — Restaurant in Orting

My wife and I walked in to order sandwiches for us and our 3 kids, with no one else in the lobby. Apparently our order was a huge inconvenience and every request was met with an eye roll. We had to ask for each special instruction, such as toasting or not toasting, at least 3 times. Another customer walked in when our sandwiches were being made, and the employee making our sandwiches said, “it’s going to be a minimum of 15-20 mins because I am currently making 5 sandwiches, but if you still insist on ordering you can have a seat at a table and wait.” To clarify, there were no phone-in or door dash orders waiting… there was not a line… we were the only customers there. Also to clarify, our kids sandwiches consist of meat and cheese… that’s it. Although I didn’t think it was even possible, she wasn’t kidding about her estimated wait time. 20-25 mins later we left with our food and I apologized to the other patron who was still sitting at a table waiting despite the employees best effort to encourage him to leave. The employees are completely uninterested in their job. No consistency in how the sandwiches are made and if you correct them on something they almost seem to take it personally. The only reason we still occasionally go is because there is few food options in orting. ** Months later now and tried this place again. Still absolutely horrible. Really want to know who owns this subway. Literally nothing runs like it should when you're paying 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches. In person sucks, online ordering sucks. Says orders ready and you go to pick it up and it’s not even started yet. Then you actually, eventually, get the sandwich and it’s not even worth it at all. Placed an order through the app for pickup. We arrived 10 min after it was scheduled to be ready. After waiting for 15 min for service (staff member standing around doing nothing and not acknowledging I am standing there), the girl behind the counter claimed she never got our order “it must have glitched out”. I show her proof of our order and all of a sudden they magically had received our order and it was sitting there on their order printer. After finally acknowledging they got our order she claimed they didn’t have meatballs so couldn’t do one of the sandwiches. After asking why our other sandwiches were not done despite the meatball situation and they just stated they couldn’t make our sandwiches. We demanded a full refund.
