Herfy's Burger — Restaurant in Orting

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Kim is no good and does not need to be in business!! i mean wow treating ppl the way she does. i will never go there again!! I have been coming to this place once every few months and really had no major complaints except that its priced to high for a burger but I went 9-19-23 got the same burger the Swiss mushroom burger like always this time I wasn't able to eat it until later in the night but found out they forgot to put the cheese on it so I call the next day talk to kim she tells me I should have took a pic or left a message but she agrees to give me my money back so I go down there from graham and she tells me that she will not give me the money back and tells me I have to leave the restaurant she was very combative like I was the wrong one but it was not only me they did it to I was with my mother that ordered food for her & friend which was wrong they marked the burgers wrong plus no cheese on theirs as well this place is very wrong hiring young boys that don't pay attention and she wasnt even there to know what was going on then she treating customers like they where wrong I never take pictures of my food and have never had anyone tell me I should take pictures for proof that is crazy what about the customers always right I mean wow she really doesn't need to be in business treating ppl like that I will never go back and ill be letting everyone know it's the worst place in Orting to eat!! she should have never told me she would give me my money back then make me go all the way down there to be treated with such disrespect and be told to leave im disable and its hard for me to get around this was not easy for me i dont go out much but when i do i deserve good service just like eveyone else.

In reference to ur comment I did not change my story it was as i stated no swiss cheese on the buger just because the cheese is put on meat does not mean that u cant tell. There was NO CHEESE!! There was no taste to the thing the swiss is what makes it have flavor. when I called I didn't ask for a refund i was thinkig it would be replaced but u insisted u would give me a refund and like I said I didn't even eat the thing until 9:00pm that night and the restaurant was closed i did call but u seem to need proof and I didn't think oh i better take a picture for u as im not in a habit of doing so. Ive never had somone just call me a lier like that & not believe what i was saying never thought i needed proof for someone like this but i did tell u that from now on u can bet i will take pictures if i have any issue else where u tought me that as for my mother she had nothing to do with it this was between u and I although she had the same issue because we came in together but ordered separately u where not there u have no idea what went on u would not even listen to us u acted like we was trying to steal from u. u where yelling and ordered us to leave the restaurant did not even hear our side so u have no idea what the problem really is!! in fact the young man was so frazzled he wasn't sure he gave the receipts. He gave one but not the other we had to ask for it and i will not take that comment out maybe they need to stick with shcool cause they r forgetting to much at work sounds like they r doing to much &...

Lovely small business with great customer service! They treated my whole family with respect and didn't rush us to order even when others showed up behind us. They I formed us patiently of what every burger we wanted was topped with and made no mistakes with our requests of omitting certain things on 6 burgers. They even informed us that one burger was very big so we weren't getting more than we could handle. As well as a better way to order so we saved money! Every employee was kind and very attentive. They brought over the food and made sure we didn't need anything else multiple times before we left. They were happy and proud to serve us, and you can truly taste it in their food! Some of the best food in this area, and honestly the best burger I've had here in Washington. Well seasoned burger, fresh veggies, great fries and good quality sodas! The Cali burger double is sooooo good!!! The chicken tenders are homemade and I love them!! Highly recommend them. They have signs up stating to be kind to their young employees, and proof of how much they pay for their cod. This is so sad they have to put these things up, and hope that whatever has happened in the past doesn't happen again. They're charging very fair prices esp when you compare it to the shoddy mainstream fast food joints around. I will be returning with my whole family soon....

I've eaten at a lot of burgers joints, and this place by FAR is the best I've eaten at. The service was amazing. It was my first time I didn't know anything, so the staff took their time to explain the menu, even though there were like 3 other couples with kids standing behind waiting patiently. I ordered the bacon burger. It was AMAZINGLY TASTY, You coult tell the veggies were fresh and the patty was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectlyas well. I loved it so much. My daughter and I came back for a second time. The second time, I ordered the same bacon burger. It tasted the same, AMAZING. My daughter ordered the Fish and Chips. Her order was big for a single F&C. The single piece of Cod was like 10 inches long, and the portion of fries was enough for the both of us. Their tarter is some of the best I've had, besides my homemade tarter. The woman working with the younger kids, I think, was the owner, brought us out our food hot and fresh. She checked on us a couple of times, and everyone there was cheerful and polite. It was sad to see the signs asking customers to be polite because the kids are young. My daughters order was fresh, crispy, and hot as well was mine.This will definitely be my go-to for burgers from now on. I live in Sumner and will happily drive down to Orting...
