My husband and I have been coming here for years and ordering the same drinks. When the owner started the administrative fee, we almost decided not to ever come back, but now, we will never be back after what happened on 2/16/18. On our last drink order for the afternoon, I received one that tasted only like Diet Coke. I had my husband and other friends at our table try it. They all agreed it tasted like pop. The bartender said she did add alcohol and the owner came over with her "own" straw and tried my drink and claimed there was alcohol in it. She started explaining that because I drink it "tall" there is less alcohol taste in it. Really, did I mention we have been coming here for years. We spend an average of $120 a month here, cash, and the owner was not going to do anything about my $2.50 drink, either replace it or take it off my bill. I guess she doesn't need my money or she is not a very smart business woman. Did I mention I have never complained before about our drinks? One more awful mention is the woman's bathroom that always stinks. You can hear gurgling coming from the grate on the floor. The owner claims it only smells because someone didn't flush or it's raining outside! Why should she care.....she has her own bathroom...

The WORST Customer service. We called in for 6 people after driving into your (seemingly welcoming) town to visit some family. We may have forgotten to mention the 3 kids but gosh dang. We got yelled at by this homeless looking guy with an untamed beard. He demanded the person who called and yelled at us in front of the entire restaurant about how we made a mistake in the count and how he didn’t have the room. Even though there were only about 6 tables of 3-4 people and plenty of space. He went on yelling about a party of 15 and 6 coming in. A simple “we can’t help you” would have been fine. The fact that the whole restaurant went silent after what felt like verbal abuse made us super uncomfortable. He did not try to help accommodate. A nice lady came out of the back to help but at this point our trip was spoiled. I can promise if we ever come back through this area, we will never be back. Our friends, who live in this town are telling everyone they know not to go here. I’m sure you’ll see a review from them soon. You give your whole town a bad taste.

If I could give less than one star I would. I lived in Orting when this place was opened after it was rebuilt (after the fire) and it was a great bar and managed well. My family stopped in there for old times sake and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The current owner obviously doesn't put a penny back into improvements. Examples of that would be duct tape on bar stools and toilet paper dispensers in the bathroom, toilet not even properly secured to floor and a general grungy appearance. What happened to the pull tabs?? As for the food, it was pretty disappointing as well but we were starving so we only sent one of three meals we ordered back. Nothing against what appeared to be two people running the place but the service was slow to say the least. Our waitress was on obvious overload. It appears that the look and reputation the current owner is looking for is to become a dive bar. I know its been for sale, not sure if it is currently but the best thing would be for new ownership that would bring back the look and feel of what was a great...

Was lucky enough to have one of the funnier servers and bartenders named Heather tending to our needs, but I kept it simple. They are actually pretty cool. When you order a burger here you get your choice of sides, which could be their soup, salad, or fries. So I naturally opted for the tomato basil soup, my brother on the other hand he had to have the classic Reuben sandwich with french fries… I need to tell you their season fries are so good that they should be snorted the restaurant or smoked in a pipe. It is got to be the best serving of fries I’ve ever stolen off my brothers played the hamburger was delicious. The bun is an epic brioche bun. This place has a ton of TVs and fun activities and it was actually a historic fire house so you can go out front and see the historic fire engine. The prices are very reasonable between two beverages in to good-sized bills you were out a total of 40 bucks unless she decided to tip more… And I didn’t tip more because our service was incredible.!

Party of 5 plus a newborn on this first visit to L & M Firehouse. The old firehouse is awesome and decor is fun! The food is good and though we had one item that 2 of us ordered that was not up to par, our server Alison pulled both plates and ended up taking it off the menu until it could be replaced. We’ll be back to try it, because I’m sure when it is good, it’ll be amazing! We ended up with 2 rodeo burgers and 2 club sandwiches which each of us were happy with. The side salad is really good and I like the extras they add to it! The appetizers, though greasy, were great! Had cheese curds, fried pickles, jalapeño poppers (though they were cheddar not cream cheese as the menu stated), and a pretzel. Don’t think we left a speck of crumbs left of those! We had a few beers and a cider, all of which were good. Service was good and Alison was really sweet! Totally worth going to for a laid-back atmosphere with good food at an affordable price.

Stopped in after a walk on the River Trail. Ordered the chicken caprese sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was tasty and filling. Chicken was moist and bread toasted perfectly. I opted for the side salad over fries and was super surprised at what they presented. Bit the usual bowl of head lettuce and one tomato but fresh greens, diced tomes and onions, cucumbers, shredded carrots and baby sweet pepper rings, and enough to almost be a meal in itself. Loved the firefighter memorabilia too. Looks like a good place to catch a game, listen to a band, or just meet up with friends. Definitely will be going back.
