ATTN: CLEMENTINA
My family and I had dinner Monday night 1/16/17. A man came up to our table selling roses. My father politely tells him no thank you. The man processed to stare down my father not saying a word. It was extremely RUDE and uncalled for. We felt threatened at the table. Instead of just saying ok and walking away the man squared up staring at my dad not saying a word. My dad later said the same man made him feel uncomfortable the last time he came to dinner for not buying one. My family has been dining here for probably 20 plus years. He wanted you to know how the man selling flowers in your restaurant is treating your customers. He said if that happens again he'll never be back. It's unfortunate as I am in town visiting from Las Vegas because my father had surgery last Thursday. The flower guy ruined our night out!! Maybe reconsider allowing him to sell his flowers there or let him know not to accost your customers who'd prefer to pass.
Otherwise this restaurant is amazing! Food was outstanding and serving staff...
Read moreThis restaurant was actually recommended to me while I was working in Georgia—literally across the country! So my wife and I decided to check it out for lunch, and we were blown away. It’s a great spot, and we’ll definitely make the drive again.
I travel internationally and have to say: this is the best restaurant serving authentic Mexican food that I’ve been to in the state of Washington.
From the moment you walk in, it’s a cute, welcoming place—but what really stood out was the incredible aroma of authentic food cooking. I’ve never noticed something like that before, not even at high-end restaurants around the world.
The staff was excellent, the food was marvelous, and the atmosphere was top-notch. The portions are extremely generous—you’ll definitely leave with leftovers!
Prices are very reasonable, and the entire experience was unforgettable. This place is a true hidden gem. Even though we’re not from the area, we will absolutely be back.
Thank you for the wonderful meals and a...
Read moreI brought my family here despite being warned, as I have never really had a terrible restaurant experience, at least not until I ate at Los Pinos. The restaurant was dirty. The silverware was dirty. There was one other customer in the restaurant and we ended up getting the filthy high chairs for our twins ourselves after more than a few minutes of the waiter disappearing after we were seated and informed him we needed high chairs. Finally, chips were brought out, with the information that, if you eat all the chips, it's a dollar for another basket. Never seen that before in my life. When we finally got the waiter back to take our order, it was a near eternity before we got our food. That's okay, I'm not in a hurry. Maybe they are making it extra good, right? Wrong. I'll eat anything, nearly. This was absolutely disgusting. The plates and silverware had food stuck to them from previous meals. Nice. I would give it zero stars if possible....
