Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Orting

This place expects you to pay extra for marinara sauce that should be standard on your pizza. No joke. Peel back the cheese and you’ll see only about 30% of the pizza has any sauce on it. And what is on it is razor thin. But hey, they sell you cups of extra marinara for an additional charge so I guess everything is A-OK.

They’ve been doing this for at least the last two years. I rarely order from here anymore because of this. The pizza is extremely dry. Literally 70% of the pizza has no sauce. This is not a joke.

They also charge $6.29 for delivery fee. Insane when their entire business model is based off of delivering pizza. This fee has constantly increased over the years. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit once it reaches $10. There should be zero delivery fee. That’s the cost of doing business.

And obviously, the delivery fee is not a tip as they say, so they also encourage you to leave a 25% tip on top of everything else at checkout. For my order of 2 pizzas, 1 cheese stick order, and 1 wing order, their suggested tip was over $14. Wow.

Total price of everything was over $60 and it all tasted like...

I by pizza hut take out all over. Mt Verron, Arlington, Smokey Point, Kirkland, Lynwood, Seattle, Puyallup, Tukwilla, Federal way,Tacoma, Bonney Lake. To just name a few. What sucks is Orting and a dude named Shawn. I never get a hard time when I ask for the take out special except for Orting. What sucks is I just bought property in Orting. Orting wont honer the take out special. The code is zn. Dude is a jurk. I had to call bonney lake and they were even cool enough to call Orting for me but Shawn was a jurk to them too. So I had to drive back to Bonney Lake to get my pie. Hope I get a response and they do something with this Shawn Kid. But if I dont its Bonney lake or Puyallup. Oriting pizza hut sucks sad thing is Bonney Lake said the have a horable report. Worse out of all of them around. So there ya have it they wont get a dime out of me and they'll most likely end up like riverside ford. Out of business due to sad...

We ordered two half & half pizzas. They were cut off center so that toppings from each half were on one slice of each pizza. Essentially, it reduced the overall size of one half of each pizza. Also, they barely even cut the pizza. I had to bring out my own pizza cutter to re-cut them. I regret tipping them & will not do so again. In fact, I believe I will go to the competitor next door instead.

*Update: 10/17 The quality of the pizza has improved. The service was good and efficient. No complaints.

*Update: 03/13/23 My family loves your product. We buy pizza every other Friday and it the quality is consistent and tasty. The price is far more reasonable than the neighboring pizza establishment. Here you can get twice as much pizza for the same price and the quality is the same,...
