We ordered catering from here for our wedding in Eldon. I planned the wedding myself. I didn't want the same boring chicken breast or pork loin with potato dish, green bean and salad that is ubiquitous at weddings and I didn't want to spend $40+ per plate. What I ordered was a package with burnt ends, pulled pork, jalapeno sausage, spoonbread and pit beans (along with buns, onions, plates, utensils, etc). This was less than $15 per plate and delivered to the location for buffet style service.
We went to the physical location before hand and tried almost everything, which convinced us it was the right choice for our reception. The burnt ends are amazing, the pulled pork tender and juicy, the jalapeno sausage some of the best I've had. Spoonbread is like a cross between cornbread and corn casserole, absolutely delicious. And the pit beans. I do not tend to like baked beans because they're always sweet. These are meaty and smokey (not sweet) and the only beans that I can actually recall liking. I still get cravings for them.
The compliments I got on the reception food just kept coming. People went back for seconds. My friends asked where I got the food from and said they were stuffed. It resulted in there being a significant amount of leftover cake actually. The ordering process was very simple, communication efficient, delivery timely and food excellent. I can't recommend...

The bun on the brisket sandwich is perfect. Fries are pretty basic, beans have loads of onions, potato salad is mustardy and tasty, applesauce is from a jar, green beans were overcooked. The bark on the ribs was good but overall the flavor isn't very smokey. They are cooked correctly. The burnt ends aren't true burnt ends and are very heavily sauced but we're good. The pulled pork was mostly also lacking in a good smoke but here and there were some barky pieces that were amazing. Pork is cooked well, nice and moist. They have four sauces if you ask them to bring the extra hot. The standard spicy is tasty with a little sweet. The extra hot was a great heat level but it tasted like a spicy Heinz 57 sauce. It mostly only complimented the pork. They offer drive through here, but there is indoor dining with table service as well. Good-sized parking lot, with accessible parking. Entrance is wide and great for accommodating a wheelchair bit the doors are heavy and would require an assistant. Restrooms are accessible and...
Read moreI was in town around lunch so I came in to enjoy some BBQ. I was most excited about the brisket. I ordered their sampler platter with beans and fries. The beams tasted very smokey. Almost overwhelmingly smpkey. The crinkle cut fries were perfect. Excellent in every way. I started on the burnt ends. Some were very fatty. Some were crispy (my favorite), and others were soft and almost mushy. A little disappointed, I moved on to the pulled pork next. It was average. Nothing exceptional. Then I tried the ribs. I didn't even use sauce. The ribs were incredible. Perfect. Then there looked to be 3 small slices of brisket. They were terrible. I tried one... ugh. Then I slathered it in sauce. Drowning the flavor wasn't enough to even allow me to eat single entire slice of brisket. I set it aside thinking it was just that one piece. No. The second piece of brisket was just as bad. I didn't bother with the 3rd. Very disappointing meal.. Considering that I was most excited about the brisket. I wholeheartedly recommend the ribs and crinkle cut fries. Stay away from the...
