This is the worst property management I have ever experienced! They were supposed to take care of our house and we were supposed to trust them.They allowed bachelor parties in our home and we told them we wanted a family atmosphere rental environment. They never check your home after rentals so our house was always unlocked until they decided to inspect it. Lied and said there was no damages but when we get to our house there was stains on the carpet and hole in the wall. So home owners be aware of this property management they don’t do what they say they will do. I just want to let other property owners not to fall in the same trap we did! In response to the property management those are all lies like I said we have had more than two renters. I have no contact with the cleaning lady that cleaned my house ! We had no stains on the carpet the previous owner will tell you that with only owning this house for not even two months. I have a big hole in my wall right now that didn’t get fixed because you all say that there is NO DAMAGE! My neighbor seen it before you even inspected the house since you would Not go and check the house. My you have not been in business for 15 years to use this cleaning service another lie! You just want everyone to fall in the same trap we did with lies. Everyone at the lake are aloud to have security cameras OutSide of their house. That is not against the law. My neighbor has the same picture I do on my camera so are you going to tell her it is illegal! I done with the lies and I just want other property owners...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home.

The space itself was beautifully decorated, combining comfort and style seamlessly. The room was pristine and equipped with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay, including a fully stocked kitchenette, cozy bedding, and thoughtful touches that showed the host’s attention to detail.

Location-wise, this place is a true gem! It is right alond the lake and still conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants like Redheads and a gas station is just a short drive away.

The host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They provided excellent recommendations for local eateries and were always available to answer any questions. Their hospitality made the experience even more special and they even let me check in early to decorate before the other guest arrived.

This property is cute with a great view! We stayed over the holidays. Shores reached out to ask about our stay but when we responded we never heard anything back. Main issue - a handyman entered the property without any notification on our first full day there. We were not there at the time but could tell a running toilet had its parts replaced,. It just gave us an uneasy feeling. Did connect via phone and Shores agreed this is unacceptable. Apparently neighbor below complained. We also let them know the wooden floors were so dirty - socks required for tiny feet. Keurig never worked but there is a large coffee pot next to it. Property is well equipped. We were charged a small fee after we left, I’ve left a message to understand why. Response: $40 for stains on bath towels - we could have gotten them clean. . Responding to emails would be helpful.
