Went in to have a simple, good breakfast with my daughters, as it was a 2nd birthday for one. Shane greeted us upon entering, and after requesting a booth, I recognized that the server up for seating was actually Shane. His section did not have a booth and so he sat us with Tasha. He was incredibly friendly and pleasant, even though I essentially forced him to be skipped. This was refreshing and remained with great vibes. Tasha was quick to respond, and welcomed us promptly. Her smile was a bit infectious, and made us all feel very comfortable and welcome. We placed our order after her taking the time to ensure I was well informed about the specials, and the few menu items I had questions about. The food was prepared amazingly and was promptly served. It was all absolutely great. My daughters even split a “Morning Meditation” drink, vegetables and all. They loved it. I really wanted a Lunch Special, even though it was 9am, so finding that it was always available was amazing! The Ham and Gruyere sandwich was amazing. The Dijon aioli paired with the moist ham, and earthy gruyere was top notch. The girls shared a “Floridian French Toast” and that was presented with a very fair abundance of fruit, a strawberry “sauce”. They enjoyed it! Tasha checked back regularly to ensure we remained satisfied. Amy, the Manager, also stopped over to check on everything, with great care and compassion for our experience. Overall wonderful experience. We don’t come in often, but may reconsider now. Great job, to all of the staff, on Friday, December 3, around...
Read moreFood was very limited. My niece ordered something with granola that they sent out burnt we pointed it out they quickly corrected that. We were sat immediately (table of 9). Waiter was friendly came with water instantly then everything slowed from there. 15 minutes to get coffee an hour and a half total time there for breakfast. Ordered eggs scrambled hard received fried egg’s didn’t even bother to ask to correct because I didn’t want to wait. Asked if I could sub one piece of French toast instead of regular toast waiter answered “NO” substitutions aren’t really a thing there. No bread choice everyone gets whatever 9 grain brown bread they serve. Toast if you want to call it that was one slice of bread warm-ish cut in half with something kind of smeared on it wasn’t butter, maybe some hybrid custard margarine thing not entirely sure. No jelly had to ask for that. Grape jelly all natural no sugar. Sugar for the table was sugar in the raw ( they’re shooting for the health nut feel). They bring small metal coffee decanters which barely hold two cups then never offer more or pick up the empty ones so the table is overcrowded. Waiter didn’t inquire about splitting checks per two families so he had to come back twice to figure out what went where. I had a skillet and do have to say the potatoes in it my have been the best restaurant potatoes I’ve ever had. $75. 00 bill for 4 people skillet / 2 tacos/ omelette 2 coffee one hot chocolate one chocolate milk. Won’t stop again. It was clean decorated cute and the seating was...

I’m from a little town 2 hours from here and serve as a consultant and coach for dental practices. Most of the time I channeling in to businesses, the service, the process and flow, the people who work for these establishments… etc. I wanted to simply share my thoughts and experience… even in a busy Labor Day weekend.
Packed as always- still our party of four seated within 2 min.
Food Quality- as always- Fresh , colorful, tasty!
Saved the best part of our experience for last.. Lili was our server- greeted with a smile- informed us of the new harvest selections-more importantly, from beginning to end, her impeccable passion and the way she delivered our experience…. hands down the best! As I watched her interact with other parties… her drive to deliver that level of service each time…. stayed at that level. It’s as if she owned this location… I even said to my friends…. That right there…. Is the type of team member that serves as the conduit to success! Look at the her belief in the brand she works for… spills out of her. Some employees can be a little too passionate and turn off the customer… this was not the case… she can anticipate the customer needs… have the energy to serve tables spread out all over dining area and do so with a smile and energy while any employer would be proud! Thank you Lili for one of the best First Watch experiences....
