The buying experience at Duncan is fantastic. This summer, my now fiancée and I stopped by their store while we were visiting Osage Beach. A family member of mine knew we were looking at engagement rings and suggested we check it out.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like we were part of their family. Michael and co helped us while we browsed through their ring selection. His only focused on rings we were interested in. We spent close to an hour there going through options, and not once did he try to upsell or push us into purchasing something. The team was nothing but courteous and respectful, and genuinely wanted us to find the right ring even if it meant going somewhere else.

Ultimately, we ended up going with a custom ring that fit exactly what my fiancée was looking for. Despite the fact it was custom made, it was cheaper than the alternatives we looked at. Additionally, because we were from out of town, the team agreed to ship the ring to us via next day delivery, and sent us a CAD drawing beforehand to confirm the ring fit our expectations. They also included some home baked cookies with the ring!

So glad we did! We got great service from every area! Michael Duncan was so patient with a frustrated me because things just didn't seem right!! He re-designed my ring with new bands and changing the small stones to channel set! We added stones to my husbands band to make our set what we had always wanted but couldn't afford!!
